My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Pandora is a six-weeks-old sweetheart currently weighing around 2 lbs. She appears to be a Poodle/Terrier mix, possibly with a little Shih Tzu, though her exact breed is a mystery since dad is unknown. What we do know is that she is absolutely adorable. Her mom is a petite 7 lb. pup, so Pandora is expected to stay on the smaller side.

Pandora is our confident little girl with a curious, playful personality. She loves to explore and is often the first to check out what’s happening around her. She enjoys being held and happily hands out sweet puppy kisses to anyone nearby. Pandora has been well socialized, handled daily, and is comfortable with people. She would thrive in a loving home ready for the joy and responsibility of raising a young puppy.

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $475
1 year - 6 years $425
7 years+ - $375

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
