What we know: Mama and her 3 puppies were brought in to a Texas shelter and tagged for rescue by South Plains SPCA who transferred them to CPR. Puppies were numbers 24-26 and transferred to CPR about one month prior. Came with the name "Cinder" originally.
From the foster: If you've ever dreamed of a dog who thinks you're the most amazing person in the world, then Romi is your girl. Romi is very affection motivated and wants nothing more than to be by your side or in your lap. Besides people, she also enjoys running around in the backyard, playing ball, and going on walks. Since she's so eager to please, she has been pretty easy to train. She's still learning to not jump and give everyone hugs and being by herself during the day. If you're ready for a super affectionate pup, then Romi (168) is your girl!

Colorado Puppy Rescue is a 501(c)3 no-kill rescue for young puppies. We accept puppies from kill-shelters in southern CO, NM,TX, OK and KS. Most of our puppies are mixed mutts under 12 weeks old, some are as old as 6 months. We do not have a shelter. All of our puppies stay in foster homes so the only time they are available for adoption is at our adoption events. We average 20 puppies a week and update our website with available puppies Friday afternoons.
