Rica is a beautiful 7-year-old girl who is searching for a new home due to circumstances completely beyond her control. Her previous owner loved her dearly, but a housing change and landlord restrictions made it impossible to keep her. Now Rica is hoping for a second chance with a family who will cherish her the way she deserves.
Rica is fully house trained and crate trained, making her an easy, low-stress addition to a home. She has wonderful manners indoors and is already well past the challenges of puppyhood. Her vaccinations are current, and she is on NexGard for preventative care.
One of Rica’s most special qualities is her love for children. She truly adores kids and has a gentle, affectionate nature that makes her a wonderful family companion. She is happiest when she is near her people, soaking up attention and simply being part of the household.
Rica has always lived as an only dog and has been most comfortable in that role. Because of this, she would likely do best in a home where she can continue to be the sole pet, receiving all the love and attention she has always known.
Rica is not yet spayed, and this will be an important part of her future care.
