My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi there, I’m Poppy! My story started a little rough. I was found as a stray, and when I arrived at the shelter I wasn’t feeling my best. I was underweight and quite sick, and one of my eyes needed to be removed to help me feel better. It sounds like a lot, but don’t worry—I’ve been healing wonderfully and adjusting really well! These days I’m feeling so much better and ready to start the next chapter of my life. Even with everything I’ve been through, I’m still a very sweet, loving girl. I adore attention and affection, and I’m always happy to spend time with the people around me. I’m friendly, gentle, and have a soft, loving personality that makes it easy to fall in love with me. I may only have one eye now, but that doesn’t slow me down one bit! I’m still a young cat with lots of love to give, and I’m dreaming of a forever home where I can feel safe, cozy, and adored. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will appreciate every bit of love you give, I might just be the perfect match for you. Could my forever home be with you?
