My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi… I’m Stanley. 🖤🤍

I’m a handsome black-and-white tuxedo cat with a gentle heart and a bit of a story to tell. I used to live with someone who loved me very much, but they developed health issues and sadly couldn’t care for me anymore. Now I’m looking for a new person to share my quiet companionship with.

You might notice something a little different about my front right paw — I only have two toes there. It looks like I lost the others a long time ago, probably from some kind of trauma. But don’t worry, it doesn’t stop me from being a wonderful cat. I still walk, sit, and curl up just fine. If anything, it just makes me a little more unique.

When you first meet me, I might be a bit shy. New places and new people can be a lot for a sensitive guy like me. But if you give me a little time and some gentle encouragement, my true self starts to shine. Once I realized pets were on the menu, I came right out to enjoy them.

Head pets are my favorite, and I absolutely melt for ear rubs and chin scritches. I even relaxed on the bench and spent some time enjoying a cozy lap. When I feel safe, I really do love being close and soaking up attention.

I’m the kind of cat who will bond deeply with my person — the quiet, loyal companion who sits beside you, leans into your hand for pets, and keeps you company through calm evenings at home.

If you have a little patience and a lot of love, I promise I’ll give you my whole heart.

Love,
Stanley 🐾
