💕 MAGGIE NEEDS HER PEOPLE!! 💕
If your ideal dog is a professional zoomie specialist, adventure buddy, professional treat negotiator, and approximately 90% legs… meet Maggie. 😂💕
Maggie, formerly known as Dancer, is 7 months old and around 40–45 pounds of goofy, athletic, sweet puppy energy. This girl was quite literally born to RUN. Give her a yard, a field, a Sniffspot, another dog to chase around, or basically anywhere she can stretch those ridiculously long legs and she is living her absolute best life.
Maggie came to us at only ONE WEEK OLD after she, her mom, and her siblings were rescued from death row. We watched her grow from a tiny potato into this beautiful giraffe-dog, and unfortunately, after being adopted, Maggie recently found herself back with us.
She didn’t miss a beat.
She settled right back into foster life, started making new friends, and reminded us just how genuinely GOOD of a dog she is. ❤️
Maggie is high energy, and we’re not going to sugarcoat that because we want her next home to actually be her forever home. She isn’t looking for a family whose idea of exercise is opening the back door for five minutes. 😂 This girl wants to RUN, play, explore, go on walks, have adventures and then come inside and soak up all the love.
She’s incredibly playful, but underneath all those legs and all that energy is a very sweet, gentle and affectionate girl. She’s also SMART. Maggie already knows sit and stay, walks well on a leash, and she’s very treat motivated, which makes continuing her training pretty easy. Show this girl a snack and suddenly she’s ready to earn her PhD. 😂

Maggie IS dog friendly, but she definitely has a confident, take-charge personality. 😂 She would likely be happiest paired with a similar-sized, playful dog with a more easygoing/submissive personality who doesn’t mind Maggie thinking she’s the CEO of the household. As always, proper introductions are important.
We recently took her to one of our favorite Sniffspots, Drive In Dog Park, and watching her run around and play with Queen Latifah was basically Maggie heaven. She LOVES having room to stretch those legs and another dog willing to keep up with her.
As far as her breed goes… we have absolutely no idea. 😂 Every puppy from this litter came out looking like they had a different dad, a different mom, and possibly came from a completely different zip code. She’s a mixed breed, and your guess is as good as ours.
What we DO know is that Maggie needs an active family who understands that she’s still a puppy, will continue working with her, give her plenty of physical and mental stimulation, and actually include her in their life.
She’s already had more change in seven months than any puppy should.
This time, we want FOREVER. 🏡💕
