Our best guess is that Smiley is a Basset Hound/Australian Shepherd mix, but we can’t say for sure. Whatever his breed makeup may be, he is 100% adorable. Smiley is the perfect mix of cute and charming. Whether he is waddling around on his tiny legs, soaking up attention, or simply hanging out with his people, he is guaranteed to bring smiles wherever he goes.
