Odie is a fun, loving, sweet boy. He is 8 years old, fully house trained, good with kids, other dogs and cats. He loves to be outside to lay down and watch the squirrels. Inside he loves to snuggle or play with dog toys. He could be with a family or just one on one and thrive. If you are looking for a sidekick, Odie is your boy! Odi is estimated to be 8 years old and 45 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. Moto is a sweet, low-riding pup with adorable basset hound legs and a heart full of love. He gets along great with other dogs and loves to follow his foster sibling around the yard—he’s so short, he can even stroll right under her belly! Moto approaches every day with joyful enthusiasm, whether it’s playing with the resident dog, going for walks around the neighborhood, or snuggling on the couch with his nose resting on his foster’s shoulder. During the day, Moto is content to relax on his dog bed nearby while his foster works from home. He’s crate-trained, sleeps peacefully through the night, and does great when left alone, either in the crate or without it. He knows the basic commands of “sit” and “down” and walks well on a leash with occasional reminders to slow down, though he does find squirrels very exciting. Once he gets to know you, Moto’s expressive nature shines—his ears and voice tell you everything he’s feeling. His ears perk straight up when he’s excited, lay back on his head to listen when he walks ahead, and flop to the sides when he’s relaxed. He gives wide, squeaky yawns in the morning, may whine if he’s feeling lonely, yips excitement when it is time for a walk, and grunts when he is uncertain. He also has a deep, loud bark when he is alarmed or to alert that he needs to go out. That isn’t frequent, but might not be ideal for apartment living. Moto is recovering from a limp, and his short legs make stairs a bit of a challenge. He manages the shorter porch steps with a little help but avoids long flights of stairs. Rollie was surrendered after his owner died. He had never lived inside until he came into rescue. He is now house and crate trained. He does love to run and play and hide his bones outside. He had very little socialization with other dogs and is a little dog selective (prefers females more than males). He's more of a loner than most. He has always been crated inside to avoid the mischief a beagle tends to get into with chewing items he isn't supposed to be chewing. It is more for his safety of not swallowing anything harmful. He will bark to let you know when he needs to go potty. He has been completely vetted. He deserves a home of his own to retire in and enjoy the rest of his life. He is fostered in East TN, but transportation is included in the adoption fee and provided by Rescue Riders LLC. Please let me know if you have any questions. Meet Diamond! Diamond is a 1-year-old, 22-pound gem with a fun-loving spirit and a heart full of affection. This gorgeous mixed-breed girl looks like she may have a little beagle and terrier in her, and her sweet personality is just as lovely as her pretty face. Diamond is a playful, high-energy girl who loves to stay busy—especially if it involves running around, digging, and playing with other dogs. She does fantastic in our free-roam pack and gets along wonderfully with all the dogs, making her a great fit for a home with canine friends. She also adores people and will happily shower her favorite humans with cuddles, kisses, and tail wags. She’s especially comfortable with women and kids and has done great with them, though she can be a little unsure around men at first and may need a gentle, patient introduction. Diamond did amazing in her temporary foster home and showed what a well-mannered house pup she can be—she had no accidents indoors and slept great in her crate overnight. She’s a smart, happy girl who thrives with attention, playtime, and love. One more adorable quirk: Diamond thinks the outside is the best place for everything. Shoes, blankets, toys, cushions—you name it, she’ll proudly try to relocate it outdoors like it’s her personal mission. It’s part of her goofy charm and will definitely keep you laughing. Diamond is ready to sparkle in her forever family’s life. If you’re looking for a joyful, affectionate, playful companion, Diamond may be your perfect match.
