🐾🩵 Rex is looking for his FOREVER HOME 🩵🐾 One of our fosters rescued this sweetheart from a bad situation and asked us to help find his PERFECT Happily Ever After that he so deserves. He went to the vet last week and is now neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and up to date with all vaccines and preventatives. Rex is a 10 month old Beagle/Bluetick mix and weighs 38 lbs. He is dog, cat and kid friendly. He is potty trained and crate trained. He likes to pull on the leash in true hound fashion, so he will need a little work on that. He is very sweet and loving and can’t wait to find a loving family of his very own. We would love to find him a home with a fenced yard. He is in a loving foster home in Inverness, Florida. I came from a hoarding case with around 28 dogs living in a small pen outdoors. We were all competing for resources in such a small space that we were fighting each other often and many of us are covered in scars from our time living there. We will all need some help learning how to live in a proper house, how to potty outside, how to walk on a leash. We didn't have a whole lot of interaction with people, so some of us are a bit shy, but we all want so badly to trust and be loved. With just a little bit of time and patience in the right home, we will make excellent companions!
