He came to us from a family who encountered some really hard times and became homeless, and they needed him to be safe and cared for. He has just arrived in his foster home and is starting to settle in. We have him scheduled for his neuter surgery and vaccinations and he should be ready to go to his new home on the weekend of March 20th. Peter is already doing well with housetraining and leashwalking. If you are interested in adopting Peter, please submit an adoption survey on our website. I adopted him From a breeder in Missouri. He is a purebred beagle With papers, in good health. He is Referred to as a “lemon”. He is a very loving and loyal dog, and approximately one and a half years old. I believe he would do well in a home with a family and especially with a Male. He is very good with children. Beagles are known to be very hardheaded, but loving. Beagles also love to run so you have to be careful. not to put him in an environment where he can get away. Naturally, he loves to track Because he has a very acute sense of smell. He is good with my cat, but I don’t know about other cats. The only reason I am re-homing him is because I am relocating to a home where I cannot have a dog. This is very hard for me. I want to make sure he is going to an owner Or family that takes good care of him, and he is happy. As far as housebroken goes, if he’s taken out on a regular schedule, he will urinate outside. But on occasion he does defecate in the house.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Guppy is such a tiny little guy at only about 16 lbs. He is just full of happy energy and really needs a fenced yard to run. He can be unsure and timid when he meets new dogs but if they are friendly he warms up quickly. He's fine with cats too. Guppy is 100% house and crate trained and sleeps in his crate at night. His foster mom tried letting him sleep in the bed with her but he was just too wiggly. Guppy is slso crated when foster mom goes to work and fortunately handles that very well. He’s an overall good boy! You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Buddy! He’s a shy 7-year-old gentleman who was dealt a rough hand but he’s trying. He’s working his way to a healthy weight and looking better every day. Buddy thrives on structure and is currently on a consistent routine. Meals, walks, and playing at the park are at the same time daily. Being predictable will help him succeed. He recently finished medication, so we’re now determining whether that contributed to his bathroom accidents or if he just never learned proper house training. For now, he’s working on it. Buddy is not crated during the day. Being confined to a small space wouldn't be fair to him, due to the number of accidents he has. Right now, he’s given a secure, roomy space with whelping blankets and training pads when foster mom is at work, so he stays comfortable and clean. Our attention is on toilet training as well as resource guarding towards other dogs. Buddy is good with cats!! Buddy requires patience and consistency. More importantly, he needs someone willing to give him grace while he learns what stability feels like. If this is you, then this is your Buddy. I adopted Thor at 6 weeks old in Montana. He has been a perfect dog, and it kills me that I have to do this. I am in the middle of going through a divorce and relocating from FL to PA. The apartment I am staying at will not take dogs and my changing situation would make it impossible to care for him. He is 13 but in great health. He is incredible around other people, dogs, cats, etc. He is very laid back and is the gentlest dog.
