It is with heavy hearts that we are looking for a new home for Copper, our 7-year-old beagle mix. Copper is a sweet, loyal, and loving companion who has brought so much joy to our family. He has had some challenges with reactive behavior around our one-year-old twins, and while we’ve worked with trainers and done our best to support his progress, we’ve realized that we no longer have the time and consistency needed to help him fully reach his behavior goals. Because of this, we believe Copper would do best in a calm, adult-only home where he can feel relaxed, secure, and truly thrive. This decision has been incredibly difficult, as he is a wonderful companion, and our only wish is to find him a stable, loving home where he can receive the time, attention, and care he deserves.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Capone came to us from wonderful folks in Indiana. He enjoys sitting in your lap and being loved on, but is also happy to go on walks. We do know mom is a beagle but dad is unknown. Capone will be ready for adoption at the end of January. At that time he will have been neutered, microchipped, dewormed and will have all age appropriate vaccinations. Capone will still require additional vaccinations to be fully immunized, so his new family will need to limit his exposure to pubic places until their veterinarian says it is safe for him. If you are interested in adopting Capone, you will need to submit an Adoption Survey and our Adoption Team will contact you promptly.
