Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Coco (Coco Bean) is shy gentleman. He is blind in one eye and possibly has limited vision in the other eye. Coco would do best in a home with another dog to help with his confidence.  He is a total sweetheart and is still learning to accept love and affection. He wants to be in the same room with his person, and likes to cuddle and sleep on a pilllow.    When company visits, he hides but quickly warms if they don’t make any sudden moves.   Coco loves to go on walks! In fact, he barks with excitement when he knows it is time to go for a walk. He likes to walk in quieter areas because noises can make him nervous.  With love and patience, Coco will develop a deep bond with a person and give them unconditional love. Won't you give this sweet boy a home?    #AdoptDontShop #SeniorDogsRule#BeagleLove #Fosteringsaveslives Adopters age 65 and over who adopt senior dogs (age 8 and older) pay a special adoption fee of $100.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 21, 2026, 2:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Mack — a sweet 10-year-old gentleman with a calm soul and the softest, most easygoing personality. He strolls through life at his own relaxed pace, walks beautifully on leash, and politely waits instead of rushing through doors. Mack is wonderfully gentle and respectful of the world around him. He’s been great around bunnies and goats, showing no barking or chasing — just quiet curiosity. He also does well with other dogs, though he prefers slow, respectful introductions. If another dog comes on too strong too quickly, Mack will let them know he needs a little space. This handsome senior is a slow and polite eater, rides nicely in the car, and absolutely loves relaxing on a cozy dog bed. He’s still working on potty training and has already made great progress. With patience, consistency, and love, Mack will continue to thrive. Mack is looking for a peaceful forever home where he can enjoy the simple things in life — soft beds, gentle walks, kind people, and lots of love. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Pecan is an absolute sweetheart with two great loves in life: food and affection! This lovable boy is happiest when he’s getting snacks, cuddles, or ideally both at the same time. He’s learning commands like “come” and “stop” and is making progress every day. Pecan gets along well with adults and other dogs, but he’s still unsure around children and tends to avoid them because they make him nervous. He is leash trained, willing to rest in a crate for short periods, and currently working on house training. Because he experiences separation anxiety, he would do best in a home where someone is around most of the time. A dog door would be a huge bonus for him, too. Pecan came from a hoarding situation, so normal home life is still very new to him. Everything from routines to household sounds can take time to understand. He will need a patient, compassionate family willing to let him adjust at his own pace and show him what safety and love feel like. With kindness, consistency, and time, Pecan is going to blossom into an incredibly loyal and loving companion.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 21, 2026, 2:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Herbie — a tiny chocolate beagle with a sugar-sprinkled face and the sweetest little personality. At 10 years old, this handsome guy still has plenty of bounce in his paws and absolutely does not act his age! Herbie has settled beautifully into foster life and gets along great with dogs both big and small. He enjoys having furry friends around but would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as your one-and-only sidekick. He’s doing well with potty training when kept on a good routine and is a perfect gentleman in his crate at night and while home alone. This curious little beagle loves exploring the yard, sniffing every inch of the world, and checking in to see what his people are doing. He’s social, affectionate, and loves attention without being overly demanding. While he enjoys curling up in his own comfy dog bed for naps, he’s quickly discovering that couch cuddles are one of life’s greatest treasures. Herbie is ready to spend his golden years exactly how he deserves — surrounded by love, cozy blankets, yummy treats, and a family who will adore his sweet frosty face forever. Adopters age 65 and over who adopt senior dogs (age 8 and older) pay a special adoption fee of $100.    Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 21, 2026, 2:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Meet Buddy — a shy, sweet 7-year-old gentleman who’s learning that life can finally be safe and predictable. After a rough start, he’s slowly gaining confidence, working toward a healthy weight, and looking better every day. Buddy thrives on routine and does best with a calm, structured schedule. Meals, walks, and park time happen consistently each day, and that predictability helps him feel secure and succeed. He’s currently working on house training and making progress every day. Since he recently finished medication, his foster family is still figuring out whether his accidents were medication-related or simply because he was never properly taught. While foster mom is at work, Buddy stays in a safe, roomy area with blankets and training pads so he can stay comfortable and stress-free. Buddy also needs continued support with resource guarding around other dogs, but the good news is — he’s great with cats! More than anything, Buddy needs a patient, understanding person who will give him grace while he learns what stability, kindness, and love truly feel like. If you’re willing to give him that chance, Buddy just might become your very best friend.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.May 21, 2026, 2:40 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Thelma is a 23-pound bundle of sweetness, estimated to be around 8 years old, with a heart full of love and affection. This happy girl absolutely adores people and wants nothing more than to be close to her humans soaking up pets and attention. She’s wonderfully social and gets along beautifully with dogs, cats, and just about everyone she meets. Thelma has an old eye injury that left her mostly blind in one eye, but it doesn’t slow her down one bit. Her other eye compensates well, and she navigates the world with confidence and charm. She’s still learning some of the basics, including house training and leash manners, so she’ll need a patient family willing to guide her as she settles into home life. With love, consistency, and a little time, Thelma is going to make an incredibly loyal, loving companion who will brighten every day with her sweet personality.
