Hi, I'm Darwin. I'm a bit of a shy guy at first, but give me a little time and I'll show you just how sweet I can be. I really thrive when I'm around other dogs; they make me feel confident and happy. I'm looking for a home where I can have a canine companion to play with. It's also important for me to have someone who's around a lot, as I love company. A home without kids would be best for me. Adopt me, and I promise to be your loyal and loving friend, bringing joy and companionship to your life. Don't forget to complete your application ahead of time, so you don't miss out on the pup you've connected with. If pre-approved, you have first priority & can usually take home your new best friend the same day! *Please note that there is no obligation to adopt by completing an application.* **All dogs are required to have complete vet services, including shots, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip, which are included in the Adoption Fee. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.

Maybelle is a sweet, friendly, playful girl. She loves to play with other dogs and loves her toys! She’s estimated to be 7 years old. She’s been vaccinated , dewormed, and spayed. She tested heartworm positive but is now on preventative. She has begun the slow kill protocol including 30 days of doxycycline (completed) and monthly advantage multi. She’s such a sweet girl!!! Ray is between 3 and 4 years old. He’s blind, but gets around very well. He’s neutered and vaccinated. He tested heartworm positive, but is now on preventative. He has begun the slow kill protocol treatment of one month of doxycycline (completed) and monthly Advantage multi. He has beagle buddies that he loves to play with.
