Hi, I'm Maggie. I've been told I'm an older gal, but I still feel like a pup at heart. I'm a sweet, cuddly girl who loves nothing more than to give and receive affection. I found myself in a shelter, a bit scared and alone. But, I've kept my tail wagging and my spirit high. I'm friendly to everyone I meet, always ready to share a smile or a gentle nuzzle. I've got a lot of love left to give, and I'm hoping to find a family who'll cherish that. Adopting me means gaining a loyal, loving companion who'll always be by your side. Some dogs may still require completion of these services due to current age, size, breed and/or health. All vet services must be done at the vet clinic used by Once Upon a Tail Rescue.

Laddie is a great dog. He loves to explore, sniff, and play with his bone. He has anxiety with other dogs and will bark loudly when he sees them. He needs someone who can walk him regularly and maybe even someone with a yard. If he is going to a home with another dog, he needs to be fed separately because he has food anxiety. He does do well with other dogs once he gets to sniff them and hang a bit (see second picture). We love Laddie but can’t keep up with the quirks of the beagle breed.
