Story
Aaden is a one year old male lemon colored beagle. He is easy going and friendly but also playful. He survived a house fire. We are finishing up his vetting and then he needs a home. Could that be yours?  Adoption fee is $400 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. All dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro chipped and many have received further treatment for such conditions as lump removal, severe ear infections, dental cleanings, bloodwork, leg injuries, etc..                        We do out of state adoptions but require a submitted application, a home visit (sometimes we cannot get this done and then we can not adopt), and the adopter must come to Las Vegas to meet the potential dog(s), possibly adopt, and then drive the dog back.      Disclaimer: The SNBRF has the right to deny applications based on our adoption policies established for the consideration of the health, safety, and well-being of the dog. Beagles can have a lifespan of 15-18 years. Therefore, beagles or any other breed who are under 3 years of age will NOT be adopted to anyone over the age of 62. For individuals who are 70 years of age and older, the dogs must be 8 years or older  For more information or to submit an adoption application, please visit our website at http://www.southernnevadabeaglerescue.com . Story
Meet Fred Fred is a sweet 10-year-old male Beagle who recently lost his bonded sister Skye and is now searching for a forever home where he can heal and feel loved again. Fred was found wandering the streets. Just two days later, their family came forward and surrendered the pair. The family had taken them in after the dogs’ original owner passed away, but financial struggles led to severe neglect. When they arrived at the rescue, both were in rough shape: overgrown nails curled painfully into their paws, dirty ears, and advanced dental disease. Fred required a neuter and a full dental extraction—he lost 18 teeth. He also deals with arthritis in his shoulder and occasionally limps, so he’ll need to stay on joint supplements for comfort and mobility. Despite everything he’s been through, Fred remains a gentle, loving Beagle with a big heart. Now that he’s grieving the loss of his sister, Fred is looking for a quiet, patient home  that understands senior dogs and is willing to provide the extra medical care and tender love he needs in his golden years. He would do best in a calm environment with someone who has time to help him adjust and feel secure again. Fred has already lost so much—please consider giving this sweet senior boy a soft place to land. If you have room in your heart and home for a gentle Beagle who just wants to be loved, Fred would be forever grateful.   Adoption fee is 150 which helps cover all of the medical for all of the dogs in the rescue. Story
I'm a sweet and gentle girl looking for her furever home! I like other friendly calm dogs and absolutely love cuddles! I do have some allergies so I do need a diet with no chicken and I will most likely need life-long allergy medication which can be purchased at one of Hearts Alive Village's low-cost clinics! I have been on multiple medications throughout my life and I am still figuring out my skin issues. I do love treats and really love peanut butter & yogurt frozen Kong toys. I'm a smart girl and really like puzzle games especially if they involve snacks! You can meet this animal at our Everyday Adoption Center in the Petsmart at 286 W. Lake Mead Pkwy in Henderson. We are open from 10am to 6pm. We do not hold animals so please get there as soon as you can.
