Andi is super sweet 10 years old girl. At her age, she lazes around a lot and loves to curl up with her human. She loves to be with people and makes a good companion. She does have the loud beagle bark when she uses it but is not a constant barker. She has been around cats her whole life. She lost her beagle companion about 2 years ago and is the docile one with other dogs. We have been displaced by damage to our house. My temporary housing situation is requiring me to kennel her overnight and again 10-11 hours while I am gone to work. The temporary situation is probably going to last a year or more. I am also having difficulty caring for her as Inwas widowed in 2024 and my worsening back problems makes it where I can let her in the back yard but not take her on walks. It has also become difficult for me to bend to clean the kennel and take care of her food and water and I worry it may become impossible. Andi could use a loving home that is able to better meet her basic needs.

Benny is a senior boy with lots of energy, enthusiasm, love and affection. He lives with lots of other dogs and gets along with everyone. He would love to chase the cats if he could so might not be good in a home with cats. He loves a chance to use his Beagle voice but is not an excessive barker; only uses it when he has a reason. He loves being with his human almost as much as treat and meal times. He is not much for car rides, he is good about riding but whines seems nervous wondering where he’s going. Guessing in the past car rides did not end in fun activities for him. He’s a very social boy, loves humans of all sizes and ages and is always happy for rubs and attention. Benny has great house manners and although he uses a crate in his foster home he would be fine without one once he knows his routine. He is fully vetted - current with his vaccines, neutered, on heartworm and flea/tick prevention and he is microchipped.
