Story
Ruby and Rosie are a bonded pair of 6 1/2 year old Beagle sisters looking for loving home where they can stay together. These girls have spent their whole lives side by side and are closely connected and the best of friends! Both are so friendly, sweet-natured, and enjoy the simple things: leisurely walks, lounging in a sunny spot, and being near their people. They’re affectionate without being demanding, and their easygoing personalities make them a joy to be around. Ruby and Rosie will need to be the only pets in the home because Ruby can be dog selective. Both girls take a daily over-the-counter allergy pill. In addition, Ruby takes a daily prescribed thyroid medication and receives a monthly Cytopoint injection for allergies. If you’re looking for a pair of loyal companions and have room in your heart and home for two, these sisters could be the perfect match. Applications can be submitted at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##933866##

Story
Hi, my name is Bono. I am an old fella at 12 years old with a devoted heart to the farm life and the energy to keep your land clear of squirrels. I will admit that I find chasing chickens as a fun game- so you may need to keep a watchful eye if you have any. I am fully grown at 46lbs in weight. I am a neutered male who is microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm tested, and started on preventatives. My adoption fee has been sponsored by a very generous donor so I am FREE to go home! Feel free to schedule a meet and greet with me by calling the animal shelter at 817.410.3370. I`m currently at a foster home being cared for so they will need a 24 hour heads up!You could describe me by a few of these characteristics:Energy level- `I prefer the term couch potato`Affectionate- `Let`s snuggle!`Strangers- `Absolutely! I love new people!`House Manners- `I`m really polite in a home`Kids- `Absolutely! I love kids!`Dogs- `Absolutely! I love other dogs!`Cats- `I have successfully lived with cats before`Health- `I am currently on medication for Ehrlichia and will need to continue it at my new home. Please ask a staff member for more information.`

Story
Hazel is a 4-month-old mixed-breed pup (around 20–30 lbs) who’s sweet, sensitive, and full of quiet charm. She’s fully vaccinated, microchipped, crate trained, potty trained, walks well on a leash — and she’s a calm, well-behaved passenger in the car, too! Hazel has a naturally shy and cautious personality, especially in new environments or around new people. She's not the kind of dog who will instantly run up for pets — but with time, patience, and gentle reassurance, she blossoms into a playful, affectionate, and deeply loyal companion. Once Hazel feels safe, she’ll stay close, happily following you around or curling up nearby. She has a few endearing quirks — she loves watching TV with total focus and even displays some cat-like behavior, like climbing to high spots to observe her world. She’s great with other dogs and cats and would do best in a calm, stable home where her people understand that she may take time to adjust. Hazel had a rough start and was sadly abandoned, so she needs a compassionate adopter who’s willing to move at her pace, go slow, and help her build trust over time. If you’re looking for a gentle soul who just needs a little extra love to shine — and you appreciate a pup with personality, smarts, and quiet loyalty — Hazel might be the perfect match for you. Story
Benny is a senior boy with lots of energy, enthusiasm, love and affection. He lives with lots of other dogs and gets along with everyone. He would love to chase the cats if he could so might not be good in a home with cats. He loves a chance to use his Beagle voice but is not an excessive barker; only uses it when he has a reason. He loves being with his human almost as much as treat and meal times. He is not much for car rides, he is good about riding but whines seems nervous wondering where he’s going. Guessing in the past car rides did not end in fun activities for him. He’s a very social boy, loves humans of all sizes and ages and is always happy for rubs and attention. Benny has great house manners and although he uses a crate in his foster home he would be fine without one once he knows his routine. He is fully vetted - current with his vaccines, neutered, on heartworm and flea/tick prevention and he is microchipped.
