Story
Meet Brownie, a gentle, 12yr old, beagle mix with a love for window-gazing and arguing with squirrels. He's happy in a home with or without other pets but can be a bit possessive with his toys, so he'll do best with an experienced adopter who understands canine boundaries. Brownie has a grade 4 heart murmur that's well-managed with daily medication, and he's otherwise doing great! He's a relaxed, observant guy who enjoys calm environments and keeping watch over the neighborhood from a favorite windowsill. If you're looking for a mellow, loyal companion with a little extra personality, Brownie might be the perfect fit. Health: Grade 4 heart murmur (managed with meds) Good with: Dogs (with management), respectful adults Needs: Experienced adopter, routine vet care

Story
Ruby and Rosie are a bonded pair of 6 1/2 year old Beagle sisters looking for loving home where they can stay together. These girls have spent their whole lives side by side and are closely connected and the best of friends! Both are so friendly, sweet-natured, and enjoy the simple things: leisurely walks, lounging in a sunny spot, and being near their people. They’re affectionate without being demanding, and their easygoing personalities make them a joy to be around. Ruby and Rosie will need to be the only pets in the home because Ruby can be dog selective. Both girls take a daily over-the-counter allergy pill. In addition, Ruby takes a daily prescribed thyroid medication and receives a monthly Cytopoint injection for allergies. If you’re looking for a pair of loyal companions and have room in your heart and home for two, these sisters could be the perfect match. Applications can be submitted at www.rescuerowinc.org *Please check your junk email folder if you do not receive a response from a Rescue Row member within 3 business days. *You must live within an hour of the DFW Metroplex because we do trial adoptions and require a homecheck *Our adoption fees are as follows paid by cash, a check made out to Rescue Row, Venmo: @Rescue-Row or at Zelle: info@rescuerowinc.org Dogs 12 weeks-6 months old: $300 adoption fee Dogs 7 months and older: $275 adoption fee Rescue Row is a 501(c)3 (non-profit) all volunteer dog rescue organization serving the DFW Metroplex. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs in shelters, dogs in abusive or neglectful situations, and dogs surrendered by their owners because of difficult circumstances. We place dogs in loving, responsible, committed permanent homes, following a comprehensive adoption process, which includes taking considerable care in finding good matches and educating prospective adopters about the responsibilities and costs of bringing a dog into their homes and lives. Dogs in our care are spayed or neutered, microchipped, receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment, and placed in nurturing foster homes while they await placement in their permanent homes. We assist dogs in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement. Dogs in the greatest need take priority. Finally, we strive to work with shelters and other rescue and humane organizations to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to create a better world for homeless dogs. ##933866##

Story
Isla is a 7.5 year old beagle mix. She is a lovable sweetheart and an absolute snuggle bug. Isla thinks she is a lapdog. She loves to play fetch and to go on walks, but is also content laying around and getting lots of attention. She has gone through various training/behavior classes. She is skittish around other dogs due to being attacked once. She is also not great with toddlers rather out of nerves or lack of patience. Isla is being rehomed due to how she is around toddlers and the fact we are expecting another little one and she will be losing even more attention. She is a great dog who is well trained and is a great addition to the household.

BREED-Beagle SEX-Male; SIZE-Small; WEIGHT-14 lbs.; AGE-Approximately 2 Years; SPAY/NEUTER-Yes; HOUSETRAINED-Currently Uses Doggie Door; GOOD WITH KIDS-Yes; GOOD WITH DOGS-Yes; GOOD WITH CATS-Unknown; HISTORY-Rescued From A Local Shelter; ADOPTION FEE-$350;Hiya, I'm Snoopy! A laid-back, gentle soul with a heart full of love. My journey to the shelter? It's a funny story. I was chasing my tail, spun too fast, and ended up in a different zip code! They say I've got a sense of humor, I say I've got a sense of adventure! I'm a friendly chap, always ready for a good belly rub or a leisurely walk. I'm mellow, not the type to chew up your slippers or bark at the mailman. I'm just looking for a forever home where I can share my sweetness, my gentle nature, and my tail-chasing skills. Adopt me and let's make our own comedic tales!May 25, 2025, 3:05 pm
