Story
Because of their start in life, these dogs aren’t for everyone. They are currently quite skittish and find the big wide world a bit overwhelming. They desperately need a patient, predictable home environment and a person/family dedicated to helping them build confidence at their own pace. They are also not house-trained, so teaching them the ropes will take time, consistency, and a lot of positive reinforcement. It will be a commitment and a challenge, but watching a cautious young dog learn the `language of safety` and bloom into a confident companion is the most rewarding journey you can take. These resilient pups are ready to trade their cautious beginnings for a lifetime of trust and love with the right patient guide!

Story
Milo is a one year old beagle. He is UTD on shots and is neutered. He is learning how to dog more and more each day from his foster siblings. He is still working on potty training but getting better each day. He does not yet walk on a leash and is still fearful of people. He loves toys, especially his giggle ball. Milo is extremely smart which adds to him being a flight risk/escape artist so secured home and yard will be essential.

Story
Esther is a 25 lb, ~2-year-old independent, easygoing dog who keeps herself entertained and doesn’t need constant attention to thrive. Great with dogs of all sizes, has been around cats, and loves water. She’s a fun, low-maintenance companion for someone who appreciates a more self-sufficient dog. Esther is affectionate on her terms and happiest in a home that enjoys companionship without needing a constant shadow.
