Story
Hello! I'm Big Boy! I am a 4 year old German Shepard/Great Pyrenees Mix! I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Protective, Curious, Energetic Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I live up to my name, I am a very large man. I like getting pets and giving love. I am a big, sweet man who likes being outside and hanging out with my mom, Star. I like meeting new dogs and people and being very outgoing in general! Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 7/10 Housetraining Status: I am housetrained, however there may be a couple of accidents in the first couple of days I am in my forever home as I learn our routine together! I should do well in a home: I would do well with kids of any age given proper supervision. I would do well with cats as I love playing with them. I should do well in a home with other dogs with proper introductions and time to adjust. My favorite activities are: Hugging my favorite people and getting pets. I am impartial to toys but I still enjoy a cuddle session! Things I need work on are: Basic commands and Leash Training. Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: "He was very friendly and he met a lot of new people. He did very well in the car and in public. Only thing is that he’s like to pull on the leash, other than that it was a great day!!!!" "Big boy is so sweet and curious. He did great with our kids." "Big Boy was SO friendly and calm around new environments, he met a lot of new people and did super well!" "He was very very sweet and energetic. He pulled on his leash but did not over react with kids and dogs. Very friendly with adults and anyone walking by. He loved the hike and was very good in the car." Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $300 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
