Story
Greetings, I am Zeus! I'm a 3-year-old german shepherd. I am current on my vaccines, and soon to be heartworm tested, neutered, and microchipped. 3 words that describe me: Loyal, Smart, Athletic Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I'm a big man with a heart of gold! I have lots of energy and LOVE playing fetch or exploring outside. I enjoy being with my people and participating in their activities. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 7 or 8/10 Housetraining Status: I am very good at keeping my kennel clean, however it may take some time for me to adjust to the schedule in my new home. I should do well in a home: I did really well with children in my previous home, so I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do fine with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Playing fetch, eating tasty snacks, and getting love from my humans Things I need work on are: I could brush up on some basic commands and sometimes I pull on the leash when I'm excited. Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: N/A Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $300 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal

Story
Hello! My name is Oz. I am writing to apply for the position of "Full-Time Good Boy" at "Your-House Inc." I have included my resume, and some reasons why you should choose me for this position! - I have 5 months of Dogging Experience- I am up to date on my vaccines, heartworm tested, neutered, AND microchipped (Not to brag)- I should do well in a home with kids and dogs of all ages, given proper introductions. My colleagues here at the shelter are unsure of how I would do with cats.- Much like my intelligence, my energy level is a 10/10! I'll need lots of challenge and enrichment to support my growth in this field.- 3 words that any employer would use to describe me: Driven, Eager-to-please, and Clever- I am working on my housetraining, but should have it down in no time with a consistent routine.- Things I'll need guidance with, once hired: Manners on leash, housetraining, and slight mouthiness when excited.- My favorite activities include: Nailing my new tricks on the first try, hearing that tone of approval when I learn something new, and of course chasing down any and all toys that I'm offered.References (Things my "Colleagues" have to say about me): "Oz is such a driven, focused, and enthusiastic guy. I highly recommend him for the position of "Good Boy" at your establishment. He already knows Sit, Down, and Shake, and has the potential to learn so much more--Especially if you invest in this young entrepreneur while he's still maturing."My adoption fee is: $350Training Requirement if applicable: $100*If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal

Story
Hey, I'm Peralta! I'm a male 1-year-old Coonhound/Rottweiler mix. I am current on my vaccines, heartworm tested, microchipped, and soon to be neutered. 3 words that describe me: Energetic, Playful, Cuddly Things staff and volunteers have to say about me: I’m basically the perfect combo of a “smort” detective and lovable goofball. I love getting attention, making people laugh, and being part of the squad. If you’re looking for a furry friend who’s equal parts energetic and cuddly, I’m your guy! My specialties include solving the Case of the Missing Tennis Ball, investigating squeaky toy disappearances, and going undercover as a lap dog whenever cuddles are available. Activity level/Energy Level: (1-10): 6 or 7/10 Housetraining Status: I am working on it, a consistent schedule and lots of praise will help me learn! I should do well in a home: I should do well with children of all ages given proper supervision. I should do fine with other dogs given proper introductions and time to adjust. My friends at CRHS are unsure how I'd do with cats. My favorite activities are: Playing with toys like they’re evidence in a high-priority case and getting affection from my humans Things I need work on are: Housetraining and walking on leash Any special needs: N/A Doggy day out notes: N/A Daycare Status: N/A My adoption fee is: $300 Training Requirement if applicable: N/A *If you are interested in adopting, please start by filling out an application available on our website and email it to us. https://www.couleehumane.com/adopt-an-animal
