* Sweet girl that has been so very nervous in our shelter setting* Was brought to us recently when her owner no longer had time for her* Once she gets to know you, wants to snuggle and crawl right up into your lap* Huge fan of toys, loves to play once comfortable- toys help her come out of her shell* Walks nicely on a leash but is still pretty scared* Will likely get more comfortable and become more energetic once out of the shelter* Would do best with a fenced yard and an active adopter (Malinois experienced would be a bonus)* Nervous meeting other dogs, not aggressive- but very unsure* At this time high-energy, pushy dogs are too much for her (may change in a home setting)* Would need a very slow, monitored introduction to dog friends* Feline Free home for this little lady!* Needs a home without children due to being so scaredMiaBelgian Malinois mixFemaleDOB: 1/24/2024Weight: 43 lbs.Heartworm NegativeMia`s adoption fee is $150 and includes her spay, vaccinations, deworming, microchip, heartworm testing, and a free wellness exam. We are looking to rehome our dog Bear. He’s a full blooded 2 1/2year old German Shepherd. We took him in about a year and half ago from a friend who was moving and couldn’t take him. He does great with people. However, he does not like other animals. We tried to rehome him twice, but it didn’t work because they had other animals. He must be the only animal in his new home. He is super smart and loves to run and play ball! He is not house broke as he has been outside his whole life. Any questions, please ask! We’re not asking for a rehoming fee, just that he goes to a good home that has plenty of time to work with him!

Maya is a very sweet and loving dog and shes very smart. She constantly needs to do something or she becomes very destructive which is why I have to rehome her. I cannot afford to keep replacing everything that she has chewed up. This is very difficult for me. I want her to be and a loving home. I have a kennel for her as well.

Where did you acquire your pet? I got him from a shelter. How old is your pet? He is about 2 years old. What are you looking for in a new home? I’m looking for a patient, responsible home that understands large-breed dogs and can give him the time he needs to warm up. A home without other big dogs would be ideal, but he does great with cats and smaller dogs. I want him to go somewhere stable, safe, and loving where he can feel secure and build confidence. What adjectives would you use to describe your pet? Skittish at first, loyal, gentle, smart, playful, sweet, and protective in a calm way.
