This handsome Belgian Shepherd is the perfect mix of fun energy and total couch-potato sweetness. He’s smart, affectionate, and absolutely loves being close to his person—whether that’s curling up on the bed, snuggling on the couch, or leaning in for his signature “hug… and melt into a puddle” trick (yes, it’s as cute as it sounds!). Big energy + big heart — He’s always ready for a walk, run, or play session (fetch is is favorite!) but once he’s had his fun, he becomes a warm, floppy, cuddle-puddle. Super smart — He knows a few tricks and is food motivated making him easier to train. Big lover — He adores attention and bonds deeply with “his” person. Champion snuggler — If you want a dog who actually wants to be close, he’s your guy. He thrives as the only pet. He gets jealous and wants all the love for himself, so he’s looking for a home where he can be your one and only. In return, he’ll give you endless affection, loyalty, and companionship. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Wink headed to a foster home with one of our volunteers, where she gets to hang out with other active working breeds, and we can get to know her better. Wink is most likely only a couple years old. As she came to us as a stray (with another active dog!) we are going by best guess based on our observations. Wink foes not appear to be as intense as many of the Belgian Malinois dogs we see, but she will still be needing a job to do to keep her happy. We are enjoying updates from her trainer-foster, and a spay is in the schedule soon.   PLEASE NOTE: This pet has been posted by Friends of Campbell County Animal Control, Rustburg, VA.
