Drita was stray for several weeks before some very patient people were finally able to trap her and bring her to Animal Control. This poor girl is slowly coming out of flight mode and learning that people can be trustworthy and loving and safe. We'd love to find a patient home for her that can give her more than what we can provide for her here. She needs some time to decompress and warm up, but she will eventually make someone an awesome active and loyal companion. The best home for Loki is with a family that has time to play and take him on long walks, play fetch, hide and seek, take him for runs or has a job for him . We have had him since he was a puppy, boys have moved on to University, husband no longer works from home, so we no longer have time for him anymore and its not fair to him. He loves love loves our boys and loves to be around our family. Hes 7 but he has the energy of a puppy. Hes EXTREMELY smart Very protective smart playful smart loyal smart This hasn't been a easy decision, its taken us some time to decide to rehome him but seeing him mope around the house all day is really sad when all he wants to do is play - we will be very picky about where he goes
