Story
Koda is a young German Shepherd mix with a BIG personality! He was wandering the streets of Palestine when he finally approached a man at a gas station for help. The man brought him home, and Koda promptly slept for 8 hours straight! Now that he’s safe in foster, he’s making up for lost time with plenty of puppy energy! He loves fetch, tug-of-war, wrestling and zoomies and keeps his foster family entertained. Koda is also learning that food doesn’t have to be something he worries about. He can be protective of his food, so he’ll need continued training and a family willing to help him learn good mealtime manners. He’s looking for a patient, active family who will give him plenty of love, exercise and guidance. Koda is in foster and ready to find his forever home! Story
Meet Stacey! This sweet, six-month-old girl appears to be a purebred Belgian Malinois, although we don’t have paperwork confirming her breed.Stacey originally came into our local shelter with a litter of puppies and was adopted by a family. She was later returned for reportedly nipping at people and other dogs. Sadly, she was placed on the immediate euthanasia list. We saw a young dog who deserved a chance and brought her home.Over the past month, we’ve introduced her to all four of our other dogs and worked on manners, boundaries, and appropriate play. She’s made wonderful progress! She’s learning to be more respectful with people and getting better about using her mouth to communicate. She still needs continued training with mouthing, which is very normal for her breed, but we’ve seen how much she can learn with patience.Belgian Malinois are incredibly intelligent, athletic, and devoted dogs. They often form deep bonds with their people and thrive when they have a purpose.

Ivy is a super sweet girl who was found as a stray with a nice harness. her owner was found but did not have the funds to get her out of shelter. she is very well mannered for a pup and is totally kennel trained and great with other dogs and kids. she comes spayed, all shots, hw negative and microchipped. adoption fee is $300
