Story
This is an incredibly hard decision—Ru is my perfect dog: loyal, snuggly, and obedient. After a breakup, she stayed with my ex in Dallas, but he can no longer care for her and plans to surrender her to a shelter by month-end if I can’t find her a home. Ru was trained by a former police dog handler. She’s affectionate (especially with women), loves being outdoors, and thrives in calm environments with a human to lay next to. She needs discipline and space during meals and can be anxious around loud streets but does well with a zap collar for redirection. She may need slow introductions to other pets but is generally social when her boundaries are respected. She’s a special dog who just needs a family able to provide her the attention she deserves. I’ll cover any transportation from Dallas if required. No adoption fee—just looking for someone to love her like we do. Please message me if interested.

Story
Gus is almost a year old he was born August 2024. A good boy but very high energy breed and needs training. He’s done fine with my children other than he jumps a lot and has been raised with another dog but not sure about cats. We had gotten him from family and just don’t have the time he requires and it’s not fair to him. I would like for him to go to someone who will put in the effort to train him and give him lots of room to play. He has so much potential he’s also just a hot mess.

Story
The dog is such a lovely, kind boy. I got him with my ex, and back when we were together, she helped a lot — walking him, letting him out, just being there for him. Since we broke up, it's just been me, and while I love him deeply and he's genuinely one of the sweetest, most well-behaved dogs you could ask for, I'm working 60-hour weeks now. It breaks my heart because he deserves more time, attention, and love than I can realistically give right now. He’s been nothing but a good boy through it all.

Story
Ruby is a 6 month old German Shepherd. Her and her siblings were born on the streets in South Texas. They wondered onto a man property when they were about 3 months old and he kept them safe until he could find help. A few were given away and the remaining 4 were all female (Ruby, Lola, Mia and Violet). We were afraid if they were given away they wouldn’t receive the care they needed so we stepped in and immediately took them to the vet to get vaccinated & preventatives. Shortly after they got spayed & microchipped and received 2 more round of vaccines to insure were protected. Ruby and her siblings have been in boarding since April while they completed their vetting process. They are still in South Texas so we are searching for fosters or an adopted willing to receive the dog off transport. They are very intelligent dogs but will need some patience while they adjust to a home environment. I know they will catch on quickly. These girls haven’t lived the easiest life so they will definitely show their gratitude by being a loyal companion. Note: We always respond first to inquiries that tell us something about your living situation (house, apartment, single, family, etc.) and why you want this dog. Be sure to include your phone number in your inquiry. We call inquiries that are a good fit for the dog.
