Rescued from off the streets. Had him checked for microchip and searched for owner but no one has claimed him and it's been over a month. He's great and I would absolutely keep him, but I already have 3 other large dogs and my landlord said no. I cannot risk eviction because I have a small child 😕 I treated his fleas and he has an appointment for vaccinations in 2 wks. Crate trained, doesn't bark, hasn't destroyed or chewed up anything and so far no messes in the house !

Story
This young German Shepherd mix has already written himself quite the comedy script. Picture this: a scrappy little wanderer roaming the streets of Palestine, TX, working up the courage to approach a stranger at a gas station. His sweet face looked up and he asked for help—and jackpot! The nice man popped him into his truck, and our pup promptly passed out for eight solid hours. That’s right, eight hours. He snoozed so hard you’d think he was auditioning for a mattress commercial. When he woke up, surprise! He was in a foster home with new friends, toys, and all the belly rubs he could dream of. Since then, he’s been making up for lost time with turbo-charged puppy energy: running, fetching, chewing, and barking like he’s got his own talk show. He’s especially fond of tug-of-war and wrestling—basically, if it’s rowdy, he’s in. Food is still a big deal for him (hey, when you’ve had to fight for scraps, you don’t just forget). He’s learning to share, but let’s be honest—food is delicious and worth fighting for! With a little training, though, he’ll be the perfect gentleman at mealtime. His Greatest Hits: “The Bark Show” – starring him, every time you walk by “Fast & Furriest” – zoomies edition “Wrestlemania: Puppy Edition” – featuring his foster siblings “Guardians of the Food Bowl” – coming soon to a kitchen near you His Dream Home: A patient, fun-loving family who can keep up with his antics, laugh at his jokes (yes, he thinks he’s hilarious), and give him the forever stage he deserves. Are you his new forever family? Cody's adopts dogs in the greater DFW area and does not adopt puppies under the age of 6 months into apartment homes.   https://bit.ly/codys_adoption_application. ##2605683##

Story
Loki was adopted in New Mexico and completed PetSmart's Dog Training classes. He is intelligent, curious, playful, and full of personality. After much thought, we've realized our work schedules no longer allow us to give Loki the active lifestyle and one-on-one time he deserves. He thrives with regular exercise, companionship, mental stimulation, and having a job to do. We love him dearly and hope to find a forever home where he can truly flourish.Like many working breeds, Loki can become vocal when he's excited or looking for interaction, especially when he's ready to play or go for a walk. He responds well to routine and enjoys structure. This has been a difficult decision because Loki is a cherished member of our family. We believe he will thrive with an active family, ideally one with another friendly dog, who will enjoy his adventurous spirit and give him the life he deserves.

Story
Meet Willow! Willow is A 12-Year-Old, 3-Footed German Shepherd Looking for Her Retirement Home. This sweet senior girl was surrendered to a local shelter alongside her 14-year-old sister. Heartbreakingly, her sister was adopted, and Willow was left behind. That's when we saw Willow was in need of some extra tender loving care and a place to go. Despite her rough luck, Willow’s spirit hasn’t dimmed. She’s gentle, obedient, and incredibly low-maintenance. She’s fully potty trained, kennel trained, and just wants a soft bed, good snacks, and a person to love her. She has had 3 feet since birth and it doesn’t hold her back! Willow is currently working on shedding a few pounds with a healthy diet to manage some skin allergies. She is an easy, relaxed girl. Willow enjoys a peaceful environment and would do best as the only pet in her home. She prefers a quiet and calm environment. She does live with other dogs in her foster home and does well, but she really would also enjoy her own space to be alone whether she lives with other dogs or not. She’s a slow, easygoing gal who’s perfectly content to spend her golden years snoozing by your side. If you’ve been looking for a quiet, loving companion to share your days with, Willow is your girl. ❤️ Interested in adopting or fostering? acesplacerescue.org/foster OR acesplacerescue.org/adoptionprocess
