Looking for all the shepherd fun in a mini package? Gunner (called “Alf” by his foster parents) is a six month old, 30 pound shepherd mix who is looking for his forever family.  Want a fun friend to do dog sports? Need a new hiking or camping partner? Want an intelligent dog that wants to do puzzles and games (his favorite game is hide and seek!)? Gunner is your guy! He loves to play, learn, and explore and would thrive in a home where someone is interested in continuing his training. He’s already learned some basic commands, as you can see in the video and completed a week of board and train. Gunner is house trained and crate trained  and sleeps quietly all night in his crate. Rocky is a young German Shepherd - abouty 18 months old - who brings curiosity, drive, and heart to everything he does. We knew he was younger than his stated age when we put our hands on him at the shelter, but when he came to us, and his ears started to stand up, we realized that this boy is really just a baby! He’s eager to connect, loves to work, and is already showing us just how much potential he has. Rocky has graduated from our program, and is one smart boy! He needs someone who is dog savvy, and knows how to keep a smart young dog engaged, so that he doesn't come up with a job all by himself. :) If you’re looking for a bright, loyal companion with a big future ahead of him—Rocky might be the one you’ve been waiting for. Hi, I’m Brooklyn I’ve had a bit of a rough start in life, but I’m doing so much better now. Thanks to my foster family, I’ve gained weight, learned what it feels like to be safe, and discovered that life can be pretty wonderful.I’m a sweet, quiet, and calm girl who loves peaceful moments and gentle company. I live happily with other dogs and get along well with them, making me a great addition to a home with furry friends already in it. I had a short stay with a foster sitter where we found out that I not a great match with cats.I may not be the loudest or flashiest pup in the room, but I have a soft heart and a lot of love to give. I’m ready for a forever home where I can continue to grow, feel secure, and be loved for the good girl I am.If you’re looking for a gentle soul to share your life with, I just might be your Brooklyn!I also qualify for the Welcome Trial program, which means you can take me home for up to 14 days to make sure I’m the perfect fit before making things official.
