Meet Rainey (short for Rainier)! We have loved caring for this bright, joyful 6 month old puppy, but we want what is absolutely best for her future so she can truly blossom. Rainey is a sweet, spunky shadow dog who forms a deep bond with her person, tracing your footsteps from room to room just to be near you. She is a smart, quick learner who listens well and perfectly balances fun, interactive play with a remarkably calm spirit. Because she can be naturally timid at first, it takes a little patience for her to warm up to new faces and changes, but she absolutely thrives around warm, positive energy. She loves belly scratches, ice cubes, lounging in the sun, chasing other pups, and feeling the breeze in her face. Rainey will thrive best in a calm, predictable work-from-home environment with older children, and another confident dog.

Story
We took Charli in from my best friend's aging parents after they were both told they would need knee replacements. They were sad to say goodbye to Charli as their only dog, but would not be able to walk her or play with her in the same way. She was 14 weeks at the tome, and is now about 5 months old. Charli is up to date on her vaccines but hasn't been spayed due to her age (I believe she is eligible now). Charli is incredibly sweet and smart. She loves to play and cuddle. The only reason we are looking to rehome her is due to my husband taking a new job that will require him in the office 5 days a week vs previously working from home. Charli seems to have separation anxiety - she doesn't destroy, she just cries. She does well with our 6 year old Goldendoodle and adores our teenage girls. Charli loves meeting new people and dogs. We are looking for a family with a good yard and who have time to be with her during the day and want to continue to train her since she is so smart!
