Her previous owner said she's the perfect blend of cuddly and playful. She will never turn down a round of fetch to burn off some energy. If you throw in a good squeaky toy, she's all yours! Her previous owners said that she is completely housetrained and had been working on learning other commands. She already knows sit, down, and come, like a pro. She was living with another dog and children in her past home and would love to meet any potential fur siblings. Sake cannot wait to find her fur-ever home. Come meet her today! Haiku was surrendered due to no fault of his own, when his owner's circumstances changed and couldn't keep him. He is a BIG, soft, sweetie. He is quite the catch- "move in ready", if you will! His owner says he is a Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix. He is house trained and already know commands like sit, down, and come. He was a good boy when left alone to roam freely. Haiku lived with another dog, tweens, and adults previously. He is also kennel trained and loves playing fetch and squeaky toys. His owner says he is very obedient and likes to hug.At the shelter, Haiku isn't sure what to make of all the noise and people yet. He is a sweetheart, but definitely would prefer to be in a forever home! Haiku is neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines. Come meet him at the Zona Rosa location!

Jimmy has loved every person he's met! He's young, around one year old, and about 60 pounds. We think he's a Great Pyrenees mix, which means he's got some livestock guardian dog in him and explains why he might be a tad dog selective. Jimmy was removed for neglect from his previous home so the next home needs to be his perfect home. If you think your home is exactly what a great dog like Jimmy needs, please call or text The Pet Connection at 913-671-7387. Jimmy is in the KC metro. Transport might be available to the right home.
