Story
Meet Mia 🐶💖 Mia is a 4-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog with the sweetest soul and the biggest heart. She’s super lovable, gentle, and thrives on affection—if you’re looking for a dog who wants to be near you, Mia is your girl. She has that classic Berner charm: calm, friendly, and happy just being part of the family. Mia is dog-friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs. She’s also crate trained and house trained, though—as with many dogs—some regression can be expected when transitioning to a new environment while she settles in. A fenced-in yard is preferred, as Mia is still a little nervous on leash and feels most comfortable having a safe, enclosed space to explore and relax. With patience and reassurance, she continues to build confidence. Mia would do best in a home ready to give her the love she gives so freely. She’s the kind of dog who will follow you from room to room, lean into you for hugs, and make your house feel like home. If you’re ready for a loyal, affectionate companion, Mia is ready to meet you. 🐾❤️ 📍 Mia is being fostered in Sicklerville, New Jersey and potential adopters would be required to travel to meet her. Story
Monarch is a young puppy searching for a home to be able to learn how to be a "dog" as her start of life wasn't the greatest. She is shy but warms up very quickly with some snacks! She is great with other dogs and can be cat tested if needed. She may take a few visits to get her comfortable but she's worth every minute.

Story
Mackinaw Have you ever watched the TV show, “The Incredible Dr. Pol”? Well, my foster mom has been binge watching the show and trying to figure out a name for me and since the show is based in Michigan, she came up with my name, which is Mackinaw. It means ‘large turtle’ in the Ojibwa language, one of the Indian tribes in the area. I don’t think I look like a large turtle but whatever…. I am probably a Bernese Mountain Dog mix of some sort, and I am very loveable and sweet. I was found in the middle of the road and my foster mom was concerned that I was thrown from a car because I was not using my left rear leg as well as I was using the right one. But after some crate rest for a week and a visit to the vet to get an exam and some x-rays done, I am happy to say that nothing is broken and I am using my legs like I am supposed to now. Very good news! I will probably be a large medium or a small large size, if that makes sense. About 50-60 pounds or so. But since my breed is based on my handsomely good looks, it is hard to tell how big I will be when I grow up. And my breed is just a guess anyhow, only a DNA test will tell for sure, but I am 100% purebred lover boy. I was born about the third of November of 2025 and will be available for my new forever home after I get fixed in January 2026. Adoption fee in Texas is $250. Out of State adoption fee is $550 with transport and fuel surcharge.

Hello, my name is: CeliaApprox. DOB: 11/29/2020Weight: 67 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Bernese Mountain DogRescued From: Breeding kennelCelia is a gorgeous girl both inside and out! She is happiest with her people, getting scratches and pets 24/7. She bounds from person to person soaking in all of the love that is offered to her. She’ll need couch privileges in her forever home so she can continue to perfect her snuggle skills. Celia is great with other dogs, seems fine with the cat she met, and is pretty adaptable so far. We are looking for an experienced family to help her continue to thrive as a house pet. Her tail wags so hard she wiggles her whole body! We adore this girl and cannot wait to watch her flourish in her forever home… could that be yours? Story
Hello, my name is: RozApprox. DOB: 11/29/2020Weight: 98 lbsSex/Breed: Spayed female Bernese Mountain Dog Rescued From: Breeding kennelRoz came to All 4 Paws from a breeding kennel when she was retired from her puppy duties. She quickly settled into the life of a pet in her foster home – clearly, she was made to be a companion! Roz has the sweet disposition (and size) you’d expect from a Berner. Her engine runs on pets and snuggles!! Roz loves humans and other dogs, and will fit into many different family dynamics. We’re looking for a forever home with dog experience and a big fenced in yard for her to run zoomies in. She’d prefer to have a doggy pal as well since she’s always lived with other dogs, but she seems equally happy with humans around a lot too. If you can provide Roz the constant attention she craves, she’ll reward you with a loyalty stronger than any friendship on this planet.
