Story
Andy is a very affectionate loving boy. He’s very jealous of other dogs and wants to be the only one being pet. His best friend Jesse. Has been his crate since they were puppies, and has a hard time being separated from her. So preferably adopted together. He’s very aggressive to other dogs, but he can adapt with time and patience. He has been around other cats and dogs in my family. I don’t think he’s fan of men, but then again he will get used to them with time. He needs a yard to run around in and they need to be walked several times a day. If given enough attention, they are very good dogs. I have two jobs that require me to be away all day long so I cannot take care of them any longer.

He came to PRBJ when his owner was no longer able to care for him.  He is sweet and playful boy that enjoys going for walks and sitting on your lap. Grooming is Essential: Bichon Frises have a thick, double coat that requires regular grooming to keep it looking its best. Regular brushing is essential to prevent matting and tangles, as well as to remove loose hair and debris. In addition, Bichons need regular baths to keep their coat clean and free of dirt and odors. Professional groomers recommend scheduling grooming appointments every 4-6 weeks to maintain your Bichon’s coat.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.August 14, 2026, 1:15 pm

Story
Meet Coco, a sweet and charming 14-year-old Yorkie-Bichon mix weighing 11 pounds who is looking for a loving forever home to spend her golden years. This adorable little lady is housebroken and enjoys the company of both dogs and children, making her a wonderful companion for the right family. While Coco does not get along with cats, she more than makes up for it with her affectionate personality and gentle spirit. She loves being around her people and is ready to share her heart with a family who will cherish her. As a senior dog, Coco does have some joint issues in her back legs, but she doesn't let that stop her from enjoying life and soaking up all the love and attention she can get. She would thrive in a home that understands her needs and is willing to provide a comfortable environment where she can relax and enjoy her retirement years. Coco's adoption donation is $250, which includes her spay, vaccinations, and microchip, and she is heartworm-negative and on monthly prevention to ensure she stays healthy and happy. If you’re interested in giving Coco the second chance she truly deserves, please visit Adoption Information to learn more and submit an application. Coco is ready to trade her past for a future filled with love, comfort, and cuddles—could you be the one to give this sweet senior girl the happy ending she deserves? 🐾💕

Story
Meet Lilo: I'm looking for a loving new home for my 9-year-old dog named Lilo. This decision comes from wanting what's best for her. She has spent most of her life as an indoor dog and is a sweet companion who enjoys being around her people. She is not fully housed trained, so she'll need someone who has the patience and time to work with her and establish a routine. My work schedule has become increasingly demanding, and I no longer feel I can give her the attention, consistency, and care she deserves during her senior years. She deserves a home where someone has the time to love her, provide companionship, and help her enjoy this stage of her life. I'm looking for someone who understands that older dogs still have so much love to give. If you offer her a safe, patient, and caring home, I know she will reward you with loyalty and affection. Finding the right family is my priority, and I'll want to make sure she's going to a home where she'll be loved and cared for. Thank you
