ANDY AND JESSIE MUST GO TO A NEW HOME TOGETHER. It’s going to be hard enough to separate from my home but to separate from each other is too traumatic and he goes crazy if Jessie is not in sight. Andy is a very affectionate loving boy. He’s very jealous of other dogs and wants to be the only one being pet. His best friend Jesse has been his crate mate since they were puppies, and has a hard time being separated from her. He’s aggressive to other dogs, but he can adapt with time and patience. He has been around other cats and dogs in my family. He would do best with a yard to run around in and they need to be walked several times a day. If given enough attention, they are very good dogs. I have two jobs that require me to be away for long periods of time and I cannot take care of them any longer.

I first met Lola in Lexington, Kentucky, and the moment I saw her, I knew she was meant to be mine. She was a little timid at first, but her sweet, gentle nature shone through right away. Kind, soft-hearted, and full of quiet affection, she quickly became part of my life in the most meaningful way. Lola has been by my side through some of my biggest moments—steady, loving, and always there. She has given me so much loyalty and companionship over the years. Unfortunately, due to personal life events, I can no longer give Lola the care and attention she deserves. She needs a home where she will be deeply loved, patiently supported, and cared for the way she needs. This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, but I’m looking for a loving forever home for my two boys, Teddy and Luca. I was recently diagnosed with lupus, and it has been hitting me very hard. Unfortunately, I’m no longer able to give them the time, energy, and attention they truly deserve. Teddy and Luca are very high energy, playful, loving dogs who absolutely love to run around, play, and be involved in everything. They also love food and are very good eaters they’ll happily eat just about anything! Teddy, the black nosed one, can be very vocal because he has some separation anxiety, but he usually does much better when he’s able to roam around freely and be near Luca. Most importantly, Teddy and Luca are extremely bonded. They are truly best friends and have been together their whole lives. They rely on each other for comfort and companionship, so I will only consider a home that is willing to keep them together. They deserve a loving family.

Hello. Rosebud is a 12-year-old Shih Tzu mix. She has been with us since she was a baby and was mostly my mother's dog. My other dog doesn't get along with Rosebud, which is why we are looking to rehome her. She is up to date on all her shots and gets haircuts every few months. She is a very chill dog that loves to go outside and lay in the sun. She is house-trained, but with her age, accidents do happen. She has never been to a dog park or around children, so it's unclear how she would be with them. She also isn't crate trained. She also isn't very active due to her age. She does show some owner aggression, but she is fine when owners are not around. She doesn't have any serious medical conditions, but she does have mild arthritis.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.  Do Not Apply for a pet with PENDING in the name bar.  They have been matched with a home, but not adopted yet. Kiwi was born 5/30/25. She is sweet and sassy, a perfect little girl! She is friendly and social with everyone. She likes playing with her toys. She is great with older children. She needs work on housetraining. She is smart and catches on quickly. Adoption fee is 950.00. Thank you for choosing rescue! We are volunteers with other commitments in addition to rescue. Our time is very limited. Therefore, we request a  $20.00  donation through paypal in order to process and expedite your application. This shows that you are truly interested in adoption. Your application will remain on file for a year.
