Nalani is a big pile of snuggles and opinions wrapped in a tiny package. She loves to play as much as she loves to cuddle and is happiest when she’s close to her people. Nalani is from a breeding facility. Nalani gets along well with other dogs and cats, and loves to play. She would do best with another playful dog her size or in a calm house where she could have time to warm up slowly! Once she knows and loves you she will follow you around wherever you go! She is getting better at walking on a leash, but will need practice to perfect. She might have some trouble going potty on a leash and would need patience if she doesn’t have a yard. She is fully potty trained and will use potty pads if the snow is too deep for her short little legs. If you are looking for a snuggle buddy and loyal little companion, Nalani may be just the dog for you! Adoption fee: $350 + tax Apply to adopt: www.campcompanion.org

To apply for a dog from All Dog Rescue, please fill out our online application at www.AllDogMN.org.  All Dog Rescue only adopts to homes within 60-miles of the Twin Cities. Visit our FAQ page to learn why. Would you like to add one of the sweetest Pecans to your life? Our foster dog Pecan sure hopes so!Pecan is a 3 year old Bichon mix who came to us after being stray for a bit. He was a bit of a matted mess but after a good grooming session, had a great glow-up! We are still working with him on his tear stains but those should also clear up.Pecan's daily goal is to be with you as much as possible. In your lap, under your feet, Pecan doesn't care, as long as you are together! Do you work remotely? Pecan would love to hang out in your office as you have a conference call (he promises to be quiet).Do you have another dog? Great! Pecan loves other dogs and is good at doing what another dog wants to do - be calm, hang out, play, he's down for anything. Do you have a cat? Great! Pecan is good at ignoring them, but he might try to play just in case they want to be friends.Do you have older kids? Cool! Pecan likes kids who have some dog experience and understand that sometimes dogs need space and peace and quiet. Do you have a beard? Cool, just know that Pecan might need a moment to check out and approve your facial hair.Pecan is house and crate trained and friendly to everyone. He loves baths, which is great because he will need regular grooming. Once you see his 'before' photo, you'll understand why we want to make sure he is never reminded of that again!December 7, 2025, 4:09 pm

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.  Keep checking back for upcoming events I will be attending!         Tiara may be small enough to tuck into the crook of your arm like a fluffy little baguette, but don’t let her size fool you—this Bichon-Poodle princess has a heart roughly the size of a small planet. She specializes in luxury-grade snuggles, melting into laps like a warm marshmallow that somehow purrs (but dog-style), and she’s always willing to provide light entertainment in the form of gentle tug-o-war or tiny zoomies. She starts out shy, the kind of girl who likes to size up new humans to make sure they’re worthy of her royal presence. But once she gives you the official Tiara Seal of Approval, she transforms into a puddle of soft, fuzzy affection who acts like you’ve been best friends since birth. Tiara loves kids and is delighted by other dogs, including her foster’s giant doodle friend, whom she invites to play with the confidence of someone who is absolutely unaware of her own height. She’d enjoy having another dog around, but she’s also thrilled to be the solo star of the household—as long as her humans are home often enough for her to bestow her cuddles accordingly. Her hobbies include backyard exploration with an enthusiastic wiggle, chasing her foster family’s daughter like it’s an extremely adorable Olympic sport, dragging dish towels around the house with the pride of someone carrying a trophy, and chewing toy bones like a tiny but determined champion. Potty training is nearly mastered as long as she stays on schedule, and although she’s still learning the etiquette of leash walking, she’s making steady, adorable progress. She’s crate trained—though she does feel compelled to file a brief verbal complaint before settling in. She rides beautifully in the car, is unbelievably gentle, and carries a soft, thoughtful intelligence that peeks out more and more as she feels safe. Tiara may need a bit of patience while she settles into her new kingdom, but once she does, her sweet personality blooms like the most delicate little flower. She’s cuddly, curious, gentle, and irresistibly endearing—the kind of dog who makes your whole chest feel warm when she sighs and falls asleep right against your heart. **Obedience classes are required when adopting this puppy from Underdog Rescue. Many of our puppies have a mama who was not properly socialized before coming to Underdog Rescue. Since coming to Underdog, this puppy has been in a socialized and loving home, but that needs to be continued with its Adopters. Training classes teach puppies the ins and outs of being a pet while creating a bond with their new Adopter. Obedience classes are key to creating a relationship with your puppy while having it be a happy and successful member of society. Proof of Obedience Class registration is required for this puppy before adoptions can be finalized. If you would like some suggestions, we would be happy to send some trainers who have experience with Underdog Rescue, but a Basic Obedience class in your area should work! Please note that some of our dogs are obtained from shelters, surrendered to our care, or released from breeders. Each animal's bio is based on our experience of the animal within our care, an educated guess based on physical characteristics, temperament and information shared. Each dog receives basic grooming when coming into rescue, but for some dogs they have not received grooming attention until recently and grooming may be required shortly after adoption. This will be at the adopter’s expense, so we encourage you to research the breed and be prepared for grooming expenses. Underdog cannot guarantee hypoallergenic or non-shedding qualities of any dogs in our rescue. Some of the animals come from situations where they are lacking experience in a home and confidence in humans. In turn, they require another companion dog and/or a fenced in yard in their forever home in order for them to feel safe. If you are interested in a particular dog whose bio states those needs and do not currently have them, please understand that your home might not be the right fit. Please use the filter on our Adoptable Dogs page to find the perfect match for your home.  T his puppy requires an application fee. This fee must be paid within 24 hours, or your application will be considered void.  We will not review or contact applicants that have not completed the payment portion.   Puppy Applications will be responded to within 5 business days, after receipt of the application fee.  Please understand that paying the fee does not guarantee you will be approved to adopt the puppy. Our goal is to place puppies in homes that are suited for their individual needs. You may be willing and able to provide a great home, but if it doesn’t meet the specific needs of the puppy, we will not approve your application. We accept applications for puppies until we have a candidate that meets all of the requirements needed for the specific puppy and they have been contacted to review the adoption process as well as agree to all of the terms to move forward. ***Be sure to check your spam/junk folder as sometimes our emails end up there*** Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.If you have other questions about me you can email Underdog Rescue at <inquiries@underdogrescuemn.com> ADOPTION EVENTS:      Adoption events are updated at the top of each dogs animals' as their foster home signs up. Check back for updates on which events they will be attending. If an event is not listed within their bio above, the animal is not planning to attend.  Please understand that all of our pets are in volunteer foster homes and sometimes "life" happens and the foster family cannot make it to their scheduled adoption event. If you are traveling from a far distance to meet a specific animal, please understand we cannot guarantee event attendance. We recommend filling out an application and we will set up a private appointment. Private appointments are only scheduled after an application is submitted and approved. ADOPTION PROCEDURE: The first step in our process is to complete an online adoption application on our website: http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/adoptionprocess/   Note: In most circumstances Underdog Rescue will only adopt within 60 miles of Minneapolis, MN.  All of our foster animals can be seen by appointment with an approved adoption application. Contact us at http://www.underdogrescuemn.com/contact-us/ if you have further questions. FOSTER CARE: All of our animals are fostered in individual homes or doggie daycare facilities. While they are in our care, they are part of our families and given lots of love. We work on training, crate-training and socialization prior to adoption, but each bio is written by the foster as they see them, in their home. Each animal's behavior is evaluated and we have a sense of its temperament and personality, but it cannot be guaranteed. We look for adopters who will give each animal the wonderful life and permanent home that he or she deserves in time and with patience.  If you have an interest and ability to be a foster home, please visit our website  www.underdogrescuemn.com/foster-applications  and fill out a foster application. NUTRITION: Nutrition is vital to the rehabilitation and life-long health of our pets.  All of our foster animals are fed a premium diet such as NutriSource, Canidae, Orijen, Nature's Variety, Fromm, Pure Vita, Stella and Chewy's, Primal, or balanced raw diet.  All adopters are required to continue providing premium diets for the life of the animal. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Thank you for stopping by to see me!  Please fill out an application to set up  a private meeting.         Newsboy is a fluffy little Bichon Frise/Poodle mix who’s still finding his confidence in the big wide world. At just 9 pounds, he’s shy but oh-so-sweet, learning how to trust people, play with toys, and enjoy all the perks of being a puppy. He’s happiest when he’s outside in the snow, zooming around with his foster sisters, or curled up as a couch potato in bed. Newsboy is cautious with new people and loud noises, but once he feels safe, his gentle and affectionate side shines through. He’s still working on potty training and leash skills, so a fenced yard is a must for this little explorer. Bully sticks are his favorite treat, and he’s slowly discovering the fun of toys. He does best in a calm home with patient humans who can give him the time and space he needs to blossom. Another dog in the home would be a bonus, since he gains confidence from his furry friends, but he’ll also thrive with people who are home most of the time. Newsboy may start out timid, but with love and patience, he’s sure to grow into a loyal, playful companion. He’s a gentle soul ready to find his forever family and learn what it truly means to be a beloved pup. **Obedience classes are required when adopting this puppy from Underdog Rescue. Many of our puppies have a mama who was not properly socialized before coming to Underdog Rescue.
