You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Rylie is a healthy, active, very playful young pup who was born in December 2025. Rylie is likely to be a small-ish dog when fully grown, as mom looked like a Maltese/poodle mix - that's just a guess, though as we don't know who dad is. Rylie loves attention and would love a home where she could hang out and snuggle with her family all day! Being on a lap is her favorite place to be! Outside of snuggling, Rylie loves to be outside, exploring new places, and meeting new people. She is very confident and wants to be in on all the action. She loves to chase toys and then calms down easily for a snuggle. Rylie is currently puppy pad trained, and will work on outdoor potty training as she continues to grow, and the weather warms up a bit. Rylie is very food motivated and learned to sit in about five minutes, so continued training should be fun and easy!  Since Rylie loves to be around her people, she can be vocal when she wants attention. Due to this, she might not be the best candidate to live with shared walls at this time. **Meet Willie ** **Secure Fence attached to the house and other dogs in the home are required to adopt Willie.** Willie is a 13-pound teddy bear with a big personality and an even bigger love for other dogs. If there’s a playmate nearby, Willie is all in! He absolutely thrives in the company of canine friends and would love a home with another playful dog to romp and bounce around with. Ok, lets be truthful. Willie wants 10 dogs in his new home as he wears each one out. haha Willie also loves TOYS and doesn't mind the snow. Willie is a happy, friendly little guy who enjoys being part of the action — especially if that action involves dogs. He prefers dogs over people and is what we lovingly call “fearful of capture.” That means he doesn’t like being cornered, grabbed, or forced into something before he’s ready. If you try to catch him, he’ll dodge like a tiny ninja. It’s not mean behavior — it’s self-protection and uncertainty. With understanding and respectful handling, he does beautifully. The good news? Willie is smart and thrives with routine. He is kennel-trained, and his kennel is a helpful, positive tool when it’s time to leash up. He is potty-trained and does best with a securely fenced yard attached directly to the home, so he can go in and out without needing to be physically caught. This setup helps him feel safe and keeps everyone stress-free. Once he is actually on a leash or picked up, he is very friendly. Willie loves going for walks and does well in the car. He’s good with people as long as interactions stay calm and on his terms. He’s looking for a peaceful, patient home experienced with dog behavior — someone who understands that trust is earned, not forced. Best with no kids or older respectful kids. Edwin is a funny little guy who brings big, joyful energy… especially when other dogs are around. Edwin is still getting used to living in a home with people. He will snuggle his foster mom on his own and is slowly becoming more comfortable with being petted. However, Edwin is still scared of being picked up. What he lacks in confidence with people, he more than makes up for in his love of dogs — they make him very happy and help him feel safe. Edwin is under-socialized, but with patience, gentle handling, and consistent, kind routines, he is beginning to feel more secure and learn what it means to be loved. 🌼 Meet Our “Gentleman’s Club 7” Breeder-Release Maltese Dogs 🌼 (Reginald, Clarence, Edwin, Percival, Wilfred, Bertram, and Theodore) Hi, I’m Bertram. I’m adjusting to life in a house, where I can sleep on dog beds and play with toys. It’s been a lot to take in and a lot to learn, but I’m starting to get the hang of things. I love lying on comfy spots! My favorite space was a big dog bed in the living room, but lately I’ve been liking the couch. My foster parents and I like to relax in bed after a long day, and I enjoy snuggling up by their knees. Sometimes they’ll gently move me closer to them, which can be a little scary right away, but then I realize I like it. I’m learning to go potty outside, and I’m doing a pretty good job. I have some furry foster siblings, and I don’t mind them. I prefer the calmer, sleepier ones overall the really playful types I think. I have some nervousness around humans, due to my past, so I probably wouldn’t come up to you right away, or even in the first few weeks. But if you slowly approach me and pick me up, I’ll settle down into your lap and spend some time with you. I don’t enjoy being pet a ton yet though. I’m still learning! He is cautious when getting to know people, but once he knows you are his person, he lights up when he sees you and comes in for a cuddle. He can get startled and nervous with sudden movement and noises, but he is recovering more quickly as he settles in. His brother, Sunny, is an important calming friend for him. He may do best in a calm environment. Stormy does great with our teenagers. He has not been around younger kids or other pets while with us. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and ready to bring love to his forever family. He and his brother, Sunny, are such a great pair as they look out for each other and entertain each other. This southern boy is getting used to Minnesota winter and seems to enjoy running around in the snow.
