Meet Trixie! Trixie is a 5-year-old Bichon with a big personality packed into a tiny 11lb frame. She loves her daily walks and any excuse to spend time outside, showing off her pep in every step. When she’s not exploring, she loves looking at herself in the mirror—it’s clear she knows she’s adorable! Trixie has a wonderful appetite - though she doesn't have any teeth. She gets along well with other dogs, and is gentle with kids. While she isn’t very playful, she thrives on companionship and enjoys simply being part of the action. She isn’t house trained just yet, but with patience and routine, she’ll continue learning. This sweet girl walks beautifully on leash, requires regular grooming to keep her coat fluffy and fresh, and is ready to brighten her forever family’s days with her charm and affection. Patsy is a sweet 5 year old Bichon Frise weighing 15 lbs. She is a retired breeder dog who is learning life outside a kennel. She is doing very well with housetraining. Patsy likes the other dogs in her foster home and is very submissive. She will need a secure fenced yard and another gentle dog to learn from. She can be skittish of loud noises and chaos. Patsy is shy with people and takes a while to warm up. She seems to do better with women.  She sits in her safe zone which is her dog bed and observes.  She loves to cuddle but won't seek it out.  She craves love and will give little kisses when being held.  A quiet home with another small dog would be her best fit. She seems more secure with another dog and seeks them out to cuddle with. Patsy is now spayed, had a dental cleaning, is up to date with vaccines and microchipped. She has tested negative for heartworm and has been started on monthly heartworm prevention.
