Story
We adopted Princess when she was about 5 years old, back in 2008 or 2007. She was doing amazing until we got our second cat, a kitten, in 2021. During our second year with our second cat, in 2023, Princess started pooping outside her litter box, but it was random. Last year, we got a puppy for our 6-year-old because she has always wanted one, and that’s when the problems started. Princess stopped using the litter box altogether. We have tried everything we could think of to help her. We increased the number of litter boxes, cleaned them twice a day, and kept the puppy mostly in his crate to avoid disturbing her. Despite all our efforts, she still refuses to use the litter box. We believe it’s best for her to live in a home without any other pets. However, as seen in the photos, she is very sweet with kids, and we are saddened to let her go; we just don’t see any other options. She is healthy, and we will provide vet papers to demonstrate that..
