What a handsome and great dog!!! Copper has been with us for the past 3 weeks and has been just a joy!! He is friendly, loves other dogs and will play very well. He is polite and will take correction from other dogs very well. Not dominant. Would be better with an other dog. He loves to play and is comes alive!!! He is 1 year old and 55LBS. Copper came at the shelter after being found on the street. He was so scared at the shelter, he was going to be euthanized and no other rescues was going to take him so we did. So glad. What a sweetheart. If you are looking for a great dog to compliment your family Copper is the one. His adoption fee is $200.00- He is microchip, vetted and of course neutered.

Application must be submitted to secure an appointment!HI I'm Nicholas My mama Crystal and siblings were rescued by Seminole Animal Services in rough condition out in the middle of nowhere when I was just 4-5 weeks old. They brought us to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue were we received lots of care that we needed over the past few months. I'm a very sweet pups, just a little shy at first. Like all good pups, I will need basic training to understand what is expected of me. I look like a hound/mountain cur mix and my mama looks like a white lab/husky mix. Who knows what we really are mixes of or how big we'll get, but we'll probably be medium sized (40-50 pounds). The rescue thinks we were born in early December 2023.My $450 adoption fee has been reduced to $50 and includes vet check, up to date vaccines, deworming, microchip and spay/neuter at one of the rescue's Ft Myers vets when we get a bit older (before July 15, 2024). Hi I'm Remi! My mama Christina came to Guardians of Florida Animal Rescue very pregnant and I was was born shortly after she arrived. She is a very sweet dog at around 20 lbs and appears to be a Lhasa Apso/Shih Tau or similar looking breed. However, none of us turned out to look like our mama! I resemble a black mouth cur, but maybe a mini-version as we look like we will get to be roughly 30-40 lbs (best guess, can not be guaranteed). We are currently around 4 months old and my last weight as of Feb 9 was around 11 lbs.
