We got Bruce as a puppy from a neighbor. He is a very friendly and loving dog. He walks well on a leash and likes to go to the dog park. He enjoys rides in the car. Bruce is a jumper, he needs a yard with a sturdy fence at least 5 feet tall or invisible fencing. We are rehoming Bruce because he won’t stay in our yard, he keeps jumping the fence and we don’t want him getting injured.

This shy girl came to us by way of Lee County Domestic Animal Services as they were running low on space. We often pull dogs from other shelters the don’t have the luxury of time that we do at ARC. When Larkin came to us, she was diagnosed with Heartworm disease. We spent a great deal of time and money to rid her of this terrible disease. She is now healthy and ready to go to a home! Since Larkin can be shy, it would be best if she could go to a quiet home with a family that could work to slowly bring her out of her shell. Staff has been slowly socializing her with other dogs.
