Raul is a loyal and affectionate dog who just needs a moment to warm up before his playful personality shines through.Sweet & Sensitive Start: When meeting new people, Raul is initially a little nervous, but he quickly seeks comfort and connection. He followed staff closely and once he received some attention, he became very friendly, hyper, and playful-ready to be your best friend!Highly Trainable: Raul is a bright star! He not only takes treats gently but already knows Sit and Down on command. He also showed no signs of resource guarding with his food bowl, making him a polite and easy-going housemate.Dog-Friendly & Social: Raul is enthusiastic about meeting other dogs! He greets them with a fast-wagging tail, eager to socialize. While he was a little too excited initially (trying to mount a few times), he accepted a simple correction immediately and switched to giving appropriate play cues. He is happy to coexist and socialize with other canines.Toy Enthusiast: The stuffed animal was his favorite toy during his assessment, showing he is ready for fun and games!Raul is seeking a patient, loving home that will give him a couple of minutes to warm up and enjoy his sweet, playful nature. Meet Roux — The Resilient Love Bug 🧡 Roux is a 6-year-old Black Mouth Cur / American Pit Bull mix with beautiful golden fur and the kind of soft, expressive ears that instantly steal your heart. Medium-sized and perfectly balanced between playful and mellow, Roux is a gentle, devoted companion. Roux’s journey hasn’t been easy. In her original home, she experienced trauma involving another dog, which led to fear and discomfort around other dogs. She was later taken in by a kind family member, but due to that earlier trauma, Roux struggled to comfortably coexist with the resident dogs. Her family loves her deeply and knows she deserves a home where she can feel safe, calm, and relaxed—without the stress of other animals. Because of this, Roux will need to be the only pet in her future home. She also has a prey drive, so a home without cats is recommended. In her foster home, Roux has shown just how special she is. She is tenderhearted, affectionate, and incredibly well-mannered. She loves being close to her person and truly thrives on connection. Roux will do best in an adult-only home, where she can enjoy a predictable, peaceful environment. Roux is fully potty trained and knows several commands, including sit, stay, spin, kennel, and “place” (her bed). She’s eager to please, quick to learn, and enjoys getting outside for exercise and playtime. That said, her absolute favorite activity is cuddling. At night, she happily sleeps in bed with her person—especially if she has a soft blanket to snuggle under. She gives the sweetest, most delicate kisses and even finds comfort in soft instrumental music, which helps her relax and drift off to sleep. Roux is looking for a calm, loving home where she can be the center of someone’s world. In return, she’ll offer unwavering loyalty, endless affection, and the kind of companionship that comes from a dog who truly wants to love and be loved. Tiny is a very timid dog at first but is very energetic and loving once he’s comfortable. He loves to run and play and is a very hyper dog. His breed is known as a working dog breed though he is mixed with something I’m insure of what. He’s a medium sized dog around 30-40 lbs and has done great with other animals and kids so far.

Remi is such a smart, quirky, energetic, and loving pup. She will cuddle with you constantly and smother you in the morning to wake you up or to get your attention. She gets along with my small male dog but has not been getting along with my medium sized female dog. She needs to be an only dog in the home until she can get more training.

Meet Mr.Brighton! This sweet senior is 8 years old and was saved off of death row from WAS. He developed seizures not long after and will be on life long medication, but that has never stopped him from greeting every human he meets with big wiggles and lots of kisses. A man that wants all of your love to himself- what more could you ask for in a guy?! Brighton is always going to brighten every room he walks into, come meet him and find out for yourself!
