Story
Pulled Duke from the Wichita animal shelter where he was to be put down for having kennel cough. I was able to provide him with a place to land to get better and stay until we found him his forever home. Our current resident dog is not a fan of having another male in the home. Duke, loves him though! He has tried so hard to be friends with our current dog. Duke LOVES to play! He loves to walk! He does great on car rides and is cuddling & wanting to be held. He listens well but wouldn't be the best for young kids. He doesn't care for all the activity in our house. I have 3 teen sons who have a lot of friends in and out and he isn't a fan of all the loud kids. He would do best with a bigger dog to play with or a home where he can get good exercise everyday! I love that he will go on long walks with me! He could use some training on walking as he can get a little distracted but redirects good. He is a protective dog who will alert on new people. Overall Duke is a great dog and potty train

Story
Mando is a fun and loving energetic dog. He is loyal and lovable. Love to be with his “people”. Mando just cannot be with or near other dogs. He needs a lot of training to be near other dogs. To the point where you have to be careful when taking him out when there are other dogs out at the same time. My son got him while he was away at college when he and his 2 roommates thought it was a “cool idea” to get a dog. None of them took the time to train him properly while he was a puppy so now he needs excessive training. My son inherited him after the roommates split and my son does not give him the time or attention he needs or deserves. He needs a home where he can run and get the proper attention and training to be the best dog he can be. My son agrees so I said I would help rehome Mando. We are not sure how to do this so Mando gets the best home possible that is safe for him as well as gives him the training he needs.
