Meet Lucky Clover! This adorable 2 year old thrives in her lively home, where she happily plays with her furry companions. Despite her playful nature, Lucky Clover has a soft spot for her grumpy feline housemates, sometimes attempting to engage them in her playful antics. However, she’s respectful and knows to leave the cats alone when told to. Lucky Clover is crate trained and house trained, making her a perfect addition to any family. She knows commands like “sit,” “paw,” and “go sit” (place), showcasing her intelligence and eagerness to learn. Whether she’s romping around with her dog friends or trying to win over the cats, Lucky Clover brings a delightful energy to her foster home. With her playful spirit and loving personality, she’s ready to find her forever family! All of our dogs are spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped and if over 6 months of age, heartworm tested and on heartworm preventative in their foster home. We require an approved application to meet any of our dogs. We do not have a shelter location and will not arrange a meeting without an approved application. We strive to make sure the bios provided for our dogs are complete and accurate; we do understand that mistakes happen, however, so if you absolutely cannot find the answer to your question in the dog's bio, you can contact us for more information. We require a home visit for each dog we adopt out, so we adopt within a 2 hour radius of Dayton, OH. If you are outside of this radius, we encourage you to contact your local rescue or shelter. This shorthaired mixed breed beauty is the color of a perfectly blended vanilla latte. She is a lively young girl probably 2-3 years old. Maybelle is fully grown at 38 pounds, her long legs make her look like a bigger dog. She's a playful pup, the perfect mix of intelligence, affection and athleticism. She loves to zoom around the yard playing with her toys and will happily entertain herself when her people are busy. She does enjoy "liberating" all toy squeakers. Maybelle bonds closely to her favorite people and loves to make new friends. She's so happy to go for rides in the car, especially with a pit stop for a pup cup. Did we mention she's whip smart? She knows Sit, Down and Shake and loves to learn new tricks. Maybelle would be fine as an only dog, soaking up all of the love and attention she can. My landlord has required me to rehome Buddy. He has been around other dogs that we owned at one time. Due to personal issues, the owner can no longer take care of Buddy and he needs a good home. Eva is a 7-year-old Bloodhound who came to us as a stray in rough condition, but you’d never know it by her spirit. True to her breed, Eva is pure love and joy wrapped in skin, wrinkles, and those classic hound bellows that make her impossible not to smile at. Her foster people said she only barked once while in their home though! She adores people, lives for companionship, and would be perfectly content spending her days as your loyal bestie, following you around and soaking up affection. While in her foster home, she also fell in love with couches and was "supremely unbothered" by their resident cats and 4 dogs. Eva also tested her foster people by learning how to open the step on trash can but wasn't destructive while they were out of the house. This pet is available through SICSA Pet Adoption & Wellness Center, located at 8172 Washington Church Road, Washington Township, OH 45458. We are open Monday through Saturday from 12pm-7pm. To schedule an appointment or inquire about walk-in availability, you can reach us during our open hours at 937-294-6505.
