We found Cardi wandering a walmart parking lot and immediately fell in love with her goofy and sweet personality. We took her home, gave her a bath and got her shots done. It didnt take long for her to be house trained and she has always been good with our kiddos. Unfortunately we live in a pretty small apartment without a yard or dog park and its very difficult for my wife to walk her while im at work. We tried to make adjustments so that she could get walked and cared for during the day but its proven to be too much. Cardi is a Very energetic dog who needs to be walked or need owners who have a yard. We love her very much and we are very sad to have to rehome her but it's whats best for her and our family. We know she will make a great addition to another family.

Birdie was wandering around in Tivoli, Texas, with an injured leg. She was caught a few days ago and is proving to be a very sweet girl despite her discomfort. Her injury is already starting to heal itself, so our vets have recommended strict crate rest to avoid surgery. She is housetrained and LOVES her crate for down time and sleeping.Rosita is currently fostered in a home with two older dogs (ages 7 and 8). While she has adjusted well to living with her two canine companions, she may do best as an only dog or in a home with an experienced dog owner.Rosita experiences leash reactivity outside the home that she is currently working on with the support of a behavior plan and is showing the beginnings of some ability to control and redirect her “big feelings”.Rosita will require a home that can provide her with continued work on her behaviors, a home with the time and patience to give her the engagement and training that her young and active mind needs.
