This rocket man is looking for his forever home so he can stop wandering space all by himself. It's lonely up there! He is a sturdy, strong, and beautiful Bloodhound puppy with a LOT of energy! He will jump on you when he's excited so please be careful if children or seniors live in your home. He has a drive to find things and would LOVE to have a family who KNOWS the breed and who will EXERCISE his NOSE :) Bloodhounds are the neatest dogs but have to have someone who knows what their breed instincts are all about. And softest EARS you will ever feel!! ADOPT DON'T SHOP!!! PUREBRED BLOODHOUND AVAILABLE NOW!!! Meet the Cats of Gettysburg at the Kitty Corner by Forever Love Rescue Meet Bluebelle!  We were contacted about this poor 7 year old girl whose owner could not/would not properly care for her. This sweet senior girl is ready to let her light shine and find the home she so desperately wants and deserves. Bluebelle gets along great with children, and has done well with her caretaker's boxer. She knows basic commands such as sit, and give paw. She walks well on a leash and listens well. She is a very loyal dog, who loves her people, and anyone she meets. She does have a history of roaming so she will need a home where she can be appropriately confined in a fenced yard where she is not left alone long enough to get bored and curious.  Meetings with her can be arranged with approved adopters. These lyrics from my favorite, old time, T.V show describe me perfectly. I am a big dog with a winning smile, I have a singing hound dog voice and love to take treats from my friends. I can be as loving as any dog; but am a bit afraid of strangers, bicycles, joggers and people that have not taken the time to get to know me. That is why suburbia is not a great fit for me. I long for a quiet country life. When I am at home, I am a big couch potato. I am house trained, and I love having a big bed, and sitting with friends on some furniture. When properly introduced, I love my people and give big hound dog hugs. I need a home with a very strong, experienced owner and no children.
