Story
Say hello to Rex, the long-eared heartthrob straight outta Louisiana! At 5 months old, this Bloodhound mix is already rocking those classic “I know I look adorable” floppy ears and big soulful eyes. Rex is one of those pups who walks into a room and instantly wins everyone over—equal parts silly, sweet, and ready for adventure. He’s got that goofy puppy charm, a waggy tail powered by pure happiness, and an eagerness to love on anyone who glances his way. Rex is a friendly boy who enjoys exploring, playing, and checking out the world with that amazing hound nose of his. He’s the kind of pup who’ll happily trot beside you, flop in your lap (yes, even if he doesn’t quite fit), and then snooze like he’s training for a napping competition. He’s gentle, affectionate, and just an all-around lovable dude who can’t wait to be someone’s best buddy. If Rex sounds like your kind of guy, head to happylifeanimalrescue.org to register for adoption! He’s ready to bring that sweet Bloodhound charm into a forever home—and trust us, you don’t want to miss out on this good boy.

Story
Meet Maxine, the biggest, sweetest marshmallow to ever wobble her way out of Louisiana! At just 5 months old, this Bloodhound mix is already tipping the scales at 50 pounds of pure cuddle potential. She’s a gentle giant in training—soft eyes, floppy ears, and a heart about three sizes too big for her body. Maxine loves soaking up affection, leaning into you like she’s trying to merge into your ribcage, and she trots around with that big-puppy confidence that says, “Yep, I’m adorable, and yes, you may pet me.” This girl is all sweetness and softness. Whether she’s lumbering around with her oversized paws, sniffing the air like she’s solving a mystery, or curling up for a nap that somehow takes up an entire room, Maxine brings joy everywhere she goes. She’s friendly with everyone, loves to be loved, and is just waiting for someone who appreciates a big puppy with an even bigger heart. Ready to bring home your own gentle giant? Head to happylifeanimalrescue.org to register for adoption! Maxine can’t wait to meet her forever family, and trust us… when she leans her whole 50 pounds of love into you, you’ll know you’ve found your girl.

Story
*Name: Moose *Age: 8 years young *Current Weight: 60 lbs *Rescued from: South Carolina *Adoption fee: $300  Meet Moose! Moose’s story is one of second chances, and a whole lot of heart. He was adopted as a puppy in South Carolina, but somewhere along the way, life took a few unexpected turns. Recently, this sweet boy was found roaming the streets as a stray — lost, but not forgotten. Thankfully, his microchip led him back to the very shelter where his journey began, and they reached out to SNARR for help. Of course, we couldn’t say no to this handsome guy! Now 8 years young, Moose still has plenty of pep in his step and a big personality to match. He’s the perfect blend of playful and chill — old enough to know the ropes, but still full of joy for walks, treats, and snuggles. Moose dreams of a forever home where he’ll never again have to wonder where he’ll sleep (though he may have a tough time deciding between his bed and yours) or when his next meal will come (he’d prefer it from you, but he’s open to takeout — maybe a juicy steak or a cheeseburger and fries ). Could you be the one to give Moose the happily-ever-after he’s been waiting for — a lifetime filled with love, comfort, and companionship? Moose is ready to come home — could that home be yours?
