Story
Meet June! She is a very active and affectionate dog, she loves to go for a walk on a leash and discover new places, she is usually invaded when she meets a new dog, and she jumps on people with tremendous joy, she is very sociable and obedient, but when she plays she usually behaves like puppy, he loves balls, cloth toys, rope toys, and he really likes to play with puppies. She was abandoned the day she had her 12 puppies, the "owner" went to throw the babies on the hill while June desperately looked for them where she thought her home was, the person who asked us for support to give her shelter and care told us that She went for her puppies, and they were in a box, under the sun, and there were 4 dead puppies in a bag, together with her 8 brothers, the girl took them down to her house so that June was with them, but when we arrived by they only had 5 puppies alive since he brought them back up the hill. June is currently healthy, happy, and chubby. The $550.00 adoption fee covers the following: Transport to Oregon or Washington. Spay/Neuter. All vaccines up to date. Deworming (puppies 2 sets). Flea medication up to date. Tick control up to date. Microchip. Microchip registration to new owner paid for. Collar. Temporary leash.

Story
Hi, I am Fiona! I am intelligent, peaceful, and secretly an athlete, I love long walks, calm spaces, and car rides. I was born on the street during a cold winter and had a rough start, including a fracture while playing as a pup. I have fully recovered and am now ready to give my heart to a forever family. I am gentle with kids, patient with little dogs, and happiest in nature or a quiet home. I know some basic commands and love learning.I am a big girl with lots of love to give, I will be a great family dog and I will be the best friend you have ever had. This dog is currently in foster care in La Paz, Mexico, but will be transported upon adoption or foster placement. As a U.S. nonprofit, Hope 4 La Pawz, handles all logistics and provides full behavioral and medical info in advance.

Story
COURTESY POST: IMMEDIATE EUTHANASIA RISK URGENT COMMITTED ADOPTER NEEDED BY MAY 29 Animal Profile: Taz is an almost 9-year-old overweight (70 lbs should be 50 lbs) and arthritic Plott Hound mix who is pretty low key and chill. He is house-trained, crate-trained, and not too bad on leash. He is very interested in other dogs and likes to be outside and use his nose. He likes to be with his person but isn't a gregarious or cuddly dog. He is losing his home after many years because he does not appreciate petting and attention from many people in his busy home, particularly a young girl. Taz has a bite history (full details and photos available upon request) and is not a candidate for DGS program due to age and behavior history.  Taz's ideal home would include one or more other dogs (he loves to play and interact with other dogs but unfortunately hasn't had any dog social experiences in years) as well as one or two humans. Honestly, a low-key situation where he can just hang out, play with some dogs, get fed, lay by his humans feet, and some joint supplements is just what this boy needs.  Adoption Info: Taz is neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. He is obese and will need to be put on a diet to address his osteoarthritis. He is not currently on any medication.  Apply Online: www.doggoneseattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: Taz was transferred from Gulf Coast Humane Society in Corpus Christi TX and fostered in Seattle, adopted in January 2023. He is scheduled for euthanasia with his family May 29, 2026 due to aggressive incidents with multiple family members in the home. For example, Taz has bit a child in the face (Level 2 bite, no medical care required) after being hugged/pet while sleeping on his dog bed. Full bite history details including photos available upon request.May 24, 2026, 6:12 pm

Story
Please note that we are a foster based rescue in TX. All of our dogs reside in foster homes in TX. We transport them to new states once adopted. ALL ADOPTERS MUST BE 21+. Our app can be found at haydudeequine.org JAMIE - 1-Year-Old Mix Looking for His Forever Cowboy/Cowgirl Howdy, partner! I'm Jamie, and I've got a story to tell you. I didn't have the best start to life. I spent my early days in a garage with my siblings, pretty scared of the world and unsure about people. But then something magical happened: I met my foster dad, and he showed me that the world is actually AMAZING. These days? You'll find me rocking my cowboy hat at breweries, coffee shops, restaurants, and just about anywhere my foster dad goes. I've discovered that I'm kind of a star. People love me, and honestly, I love them right back! I've come SO far from that scared puppy in the garage. Now I'm the guy who greets everyone with a wagging tail and makes friends wherever I go. Here's what you should know about me: I'm basically a 60-pound shadow who wants to be wherever you are. Couch time? I'm there for cuddles. Running errands? Let me grab my hat! Long hike? Count me in (but fair warning, you might catch me napping afterward with my tongue hanging out. It's my signature look). I've got that perfect mix of energy. I love a good play session with my stuffed pony or a game of fetch, but I'm also totally content just hanging out by your side. I'm a gentleman on leash, I know sit and stay, I'm house-trained, and I even know how to use the dog door. I'm crate-trained too, though I'd much rather be snuggled up next to you. I LOVE other dogs and enjoy playing with them, and here's something special about me: even when other dogs have been rude or aggressive toward me, I've never once snapped back. I just don't have a mean bone in my body. I'm great with kids, food-motivated (which means I'm super easy to train!), and I promise I won't destroy your toys. I just like to play with them. I'm looking for a home where I can be part of the family, ideally with someone who's home often or has a yard where I can hang out. I haven't been tested with cats, so that's a mystery we'd have to solve together. The bottom line? I went from a scared, unsocialized puppy to a confident, hat-wearing social butterfly who just wants to be your best friend. I've got so much love to give, and I'm ready to find my forever person to share adventures with. Ready to adopt a cowboy? Let's ride off into the sunset together! 🤠
