Story
Hi, I am Bonita, the pretty one!Thank you for checking out my profile, I am looking for a good home where I can be loved as part of the family. I get along great with other dogs and cats too. I am even very gentle with the new kittens in my foster home. I love children especially when they play with me, and I can give them hugs and kisses. I am learning to walk on a leash because that is a new thing for me. It is not that bad because I get to walk close to my foster mom. I don’t get excited on the walk and know how to stay calm. I love to go for a walk there are so many sniffs that I can get. I would probably love to go hiking with you too if that is what you like. I am good in the car and would love to go to the beach with you, I hear it is fantastic.I will need some training for basic commands, but I am a smart girl who will catch on very quickly. I already know to go to the bathroom outside which is a good thing, right? If you like what you hear and think I would be a good fit for your family, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give.Bonita To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi there, Felipe is my name,That is a pretty big name for a little puppy. I am still shy but once I know some of the dogs I live with, I love to play. I am still working on my confidence. As with most puppies I love to play with toys. That could mean a rope, a plastic bottle, a ball, or a branch off a tree. I am not too picky. I still like to sleep after I play.I like to spend time outside, but it is nice to come into the house too. I know that I must do my business outside but sometimes I still forget. I am working on it.I am a cuddle bug and I give good kisses and there is nothing better than a good belly rub.If you are looking for a puppy that you can help train to be the best dog ever, then I am your guy. Just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Lots of love to give,Felipe To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Welcome Zeus to CCPAL Foster Program. Zeus is a 18-month old 70 pound Plot Hound/Medium Terrier blend dog. He was abandonded by his owners when they moved and left him at the house they moved from. He was tied up to the porch. Good Samaritans spotted him and were feeding him and giving him water until they realized the owners weren’t coming back. Zeus is now in foster home waiting for his new forever home. He is great on a leash and not leash reactive. He is good in a crate and he likes car rides. He is attentive, smart and potty trained. He is overall a wonderful dog and is not food aggressive or reactive with his bowl. He would make a wonderful outdoor enthusiast a great companion. He would make a perfect man dog. He looks tough but he is not at all how he looks. He would make a great family dog if the man works out of the house. His looks would make the family feel secure even if he loves everyone. He is a lower shedding dog with a nice soft coat. He is healthy, vaccinated and neutered. He is currently in Texas and can be adopted locally in Texas. We can work with one of the wonderful transporters to get him to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. His adoption fee is 400 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions. Online applications at www.ccpalrescue.org/ See his cute video.
