Story
Welcome Blue to CCPAL Rescue Foster Program. She is an eight-year-old Blue Lacy. She weighs about 65 pounds. This wonderful breed is the Texas State dog breed. They are a well known and loved breed here in Texas. She has the long floppy ears and she has some nice skills to offer her new family. She is fully potty trained, good on a leash and very friendly to her people. She is shy to new people but still very very sweet. She isn’t the breed that loves everyone as much as her people. Her people are where her loyalty is for sure. This is a beautiful trait. She has a shorter coat and is not a big shedder. She has a muscular build and will make a great companion animal for a family. She is now looking for a new home because her family has found themselves in a new setting. This dog is a working dog but she has been a family pet her whole life. She now is on a farm with working dogs that are working and she is very upset that she is not also working. She would be best in a traditional home setting and not a farm with other working dogs. She would make a great walker for someone wanting a companion walker. She loves being in the house and chilling out so she would be great for a family wanting a chill companion animal. She does not jump up and does know the sit command. She also can get up in the vehicle by herself. She has been around children her whole life. She is good with children. She is spayed, vaccinated and heartworm negative. She is stunningly beautiful. She is looking for her forever home. We can work with one of the wonderful adopters to get her to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minnesota, Vermont or all along the East Coast. Her adoption fee is 300 and transport is 200. Rhode Island and Massachusetts are not states we adopt to because of the regulations imposed by these states. Contact Marlene at 210-867-1769 or email ccpalinquiries@gmail.com if you have questions.
