Some dogs come into rescue and find their forever families right away. And then there's Buddy. We took him and his littermates in when they were teeny-tiny babies, and somehow this sweet boy is STILL waiting for a family of his very own! How has nobody scooped up this lovable goofball yet? 🥹
Buddy is a Lab/Blue Lacy mix with a heart of gold, a playful spirit, and enough personality to keep you smiling every single day. He's been a favorite among the foster litters, and honestly, we can see why! He's the kind of dog who makes friends wherever he goes and brings a little extra happiness to every room he enters.
Buddy is a total sweetheart who loves everyone. People? Best friends. Other dogs? Let's play! Cats? No problem! Kids who know how to treat dogs respectfully? Absolutely! He's a social, happy boy who fits right into the fun and chaos of everyday life.
And then there's Buddy's special talent: he LOVES to talk! 😂 He enjoys little chats with his foster mom, and we can only imagine the important things he has to say. Maybe he's going over the day's schedule, reminding her that dinner is late, or explaining why he absolutely, positively needs another trip outside. Whatever the topic, Buddy is happy to share his thoughts!
Oh, and did we mention he's OBSESSED with water? 💦 If there's a puddle to splash in, a hose to chase, or any chance to get his feet wet, Buddy is all in! A family that enjoys outdoor adventures and water-filled fun would be right up his alley.
Buddy has grown up surrounded by love in foster care, but what he really needs now is a family of his own. He deserves a home where he can be someone's favorite, have his very own people to chat with, and finally know the joy of being a permanent member of the family.
