Story
Meet Eddy, a two and a half month old Doberman Pinscher mix weighing eight pounds.Eddy is a shy, sweet puppy with a soft heart and a gentle soul. He’s a little more reserved than his siblings and may take a moment to warm up, but once he does, he’s all about quiet affection and cozy cuddles. His calm, tender nature makes him especially endearing.Eddy came to us through our My Last Litter Program, which helps reduce pet overpopulation by taking in litters of puppies, finding them loving homes, and spaying momma dogs so they don’t continue the cycle. Eddy is one of the many lives positively impacted by this program. He is a Doberman mix, a breed known for being loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted to their people. Dobermans do best with patience, training, and gentle socialization, so we encourage adopters to research the breed to be sure it’s a good fit. With his sweet demeanor and sensitive nature, Eddy will thrive in a loving home that gives him time to build confidence and feel safe. In return, he’ll be a faithful, loving companion. Please remember that Ethan is a puppy and puppy behavior comes with the package. They need basic training and potty training along with being provided chew toys to encourage proper chewing habits. All puppies require socializing from a young age to help them become the best, most well-rounded dog they can be.This pet is available for adoption on 1.24.25 at the Yakima Humane Society adoption center.
