Story
Rainwood (Rain) is 11 years old but full of life and fun! His two best friends have graduated college and are now working careers away from home. Rain loves being around children and people in general. He gets groomed 2x a month and up to date on all shots. He also has his paperwork from the American Kennel Club and a microchip. Finding a home for him is something I take seriously and that is why I am gifting him to the right family. Rain was one of my most expensive purchases but has been worth every cent and I have memories to prove it. I love him and pray that his new family will love him just as much.

Story
Have you ever met a dog whose tail doesn’t stop wagging? That's Ziggy Marlow. This adorable little poodle mix weighs just 8 pounds and is approximately 2 years old. While we don't know much about his life before rescue, we do know that Ziggy is one of the happiest dogs we've ever fostered. He greets every day with excitement, curiosity, and a whole lot of love. Ziggy loves other dogs and would likely thrive in a home with a friendly doggy companion. He has settled beautifully into our care, sleeps quietly through the night in his crate, is doing great with house training, and walks nicely on a leash. He loves exploring the yard, going for walks, and being wherever his people are. He's friendly with everyone he meets and has done well with children, though he can get a little excited and jump up to say hello. As far as we can tell, he has little to no shedding. Ziggy is the kind of dog who makes you smile the moment you see him. He's affectionate, playful, and full of joy. If you're looking for a loving companion who will happily be your shadow and your best friend, Ziggy may be your perfect match. Someone is going to be incredibly lucky to call this sweet little nugget their own. Apply today—we have a feeling this specia l little guy won't be available for long! Story
Meet Murray Mills, a 10-pound gentleman with a heart as big as his fluffy curls! He is around 10 years old. This sweet poodle mix is the perfect blend of calm, cuddler and occasional goofball — he loves to snuggle but will happily prance around when the mood strikes. Murray enjoys his neighborhood walks, but is a little grumpy if neighbors want to say hi to him. He seems to prefer to be the only male dog, but that could change if he meets the right one. He loves to run around our fenced yard! A happy boy,  Murray also gets adorable spurts of energy and when he does his smile melts hearts. He’s fully potty trained, walks nicely on a leash, and thrives on companionship, so he’d love a home where someone is around most of the time to keep him company. He does vocalize his dislike of his human leaving, but he does settle down. Murray sleeps soundly in his cozy dog bed, but of course, he is happiest when he’s close to his people, watching the action (or maybe sniffing what’s cooking!).  Like many distinguished seniors, Murray has a few quirks — he wears a belly band due to marking ( lets him roam around with us and protects our furniture) and his vision and hearing aren’t what they used to be these days. He only has one good eye; the other one was not visual and was painful for him, so they removed it. He gets around just fine. However, he can be a bit moody or grumpy at times, so his ideal home would not have little ones that might alarm him. Sweet, social, and full of heart, Murray Mills is ready to bring warmth, smiles, and loyal companionship to his forever home. Story
Aspen: The Easy Roommate Specialty: Existing peacefully in your general vicinity. If you’re looking for a dog that will leap into your arms, lick your eyeballs, and demand 24/7 belly rubs... please keep scrolling.  Aspen is not that guy. Aspen is a 11-pound feline who accidentally ended up in the dog department. His motto is ‘look all you want, and touch me sometimes’. He’s looking for a calm, quiet home where he can be part of the "household happenings" without the pressure of being a lap dog. The Aspen Essentials: • Aspen is a professional napper. It’s his favorite pastime and he’s very good at it. • Takes treats from your hand like a Victorian prince • Socially Indifferent: He coexists with other dogs by professionally ignoring them. • Personal Space: He prefers "hanging out" over "cuddling." If you value your personal bubble, he’s your guy. •House trained and will let you know he needs to go out by walking to the door. The Medical Fine Print Aspen is currently Heartworm Positive. But don't let that scare you! He takes his medication like a champ and the Rescue will pay for the entire heart worm treatment.   If you feel Aspen is the roommate you always wanted, fill out an application so we can schedule a meet and a greet.   An Adoption Application for this dog can be found and submitted online. http://www.angelsrescue.org/adopt/adoption-forms  Please be sure to like our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/angelsrescue.  Email inquiry@angelsrescue.org  Note: Some apartments and neighborhoods have breed restrictions.
