A foster-to-adopt option is available for me, giving us the chance to get to know each other before making it official! Penelope is a gorgeous little girl with an attitude. She is very sweet, but does have triggers. Penelope will require a home with no small children and a fenced yard. Once she gets to know you, she loves you. The ideal family would have experience with small dogs with an attitude. If you’re interested, please apply to furkids.org. Penelope Lou currently weighs about 8lbs., is approximately 11 years old (est. birth date 02/01/2015), and her adoption fee is $185. Penelope Lou has been spayed, is up to date on all vaccinations & preventatives, and is microchipped.
